I went here for my annual eye exam, like I have for years. They dilated my eyes and my eyes were uncomfortable the rest of the day, which I expected. What I didn't expect was that the next day my vision was blurry and my eyes were in significant pain. I called and was told to use eye drops. I did, and it only got worse. The following day I went to a different eye doctor and was diagnosed with an eye infection. Based on the timing, I have serious concerns about sanitation and hygiene practices at this clinic. I won't be returning, and I recommend going elsewhere.

Dr. Hansen is an amazing professional. He truly cares about the patient and their needs. He takes the time to actually listen to them and to provide the best plan, with the interest of the patient moving forward. Highly recommend Dr. Hansen and his team.

Been waiting for six weeks to get my cataract surgery scheduled at the Minnetonka clinic. I get that it was the holidays and getting in before year end wasn't going to happen. But it took three weeks past my appointment to hear from scheduling. Then it's just been constant telephone tag. They say you'll hear back in two days. Bases on phone call history it's taking much longer. If you call the main desk they just route you to the same voicemail you left a message with. I just read that I need a pre op physical at least two weeks before. Plus I have to plan around eye shots with my other doc. And finding someone who can drive me. It just seems like a shit show. I'm completely losing faith in this practice. Which is disappointing because the initial office visit seemed to go very well. If there is something preventing the appointment from being scheduled mentioned it when you leave a voice mail so patients can manage their expectations appropriately.

I am beyond impressed with the quality of care that I received from this clinic ! I am missing my right eye, and needed surgery to fix my socket. I was nervous because this is My face and i wanted it to look good. It looks just like my other eye shape! . Their staff is friendly and has great communication. My surgeon has many years of experience.The nursing staff was very good at thier job . And to top it all off they sent ME a thank you card ! This clinic goes above and beyond. After surgery i had some further self care questions and the triage staff was prompt and so helpful with calling me back and addressing all my questions. WHAT A TEAM !! thank you guys !

Dr. Hansen was great! From the consultation he made me feel comfortable in my decision between types of laser eye surgery. His staff was so friendly on the day of the surgery. Everything went very smoothly!
