Dr. Josh and his team are the best! The space is very clean and relaxing, and everyone is very welcoming, kind, and helpful. Dr. Josh is incredibly knowledgeable and has helped me through a variety of injuries. I 100% trust and recommend Dr. Josh for any problem or pain-point.

Dr. Eha offers a free "emotional release" class, which is based on the "Sedona method." The entirety of the class is one mindfulness exercise that may be a little advanced and decontextualized for anyone new to mindfulness. The "Sedona method" sounds like one of those expensive programs promising that your life will improve. There are more grounded approaches, such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy that can provide more context. Dr. Eha does not ask anyone's name and doesn't have time to hear your situation or background in this class because he has his agenda to get through. It is potentially harmful to tell a room full of women that "Emotions work against the results you are hoping for. Always" Uh, no. Making people vulnerable when you have no idea their history and from a male perspective to a group of almost exclusively women to tell them that their goal should be to just not feel afraid (and apparently not feel anything) is just absurd. How about sticking to individual consults and listening to people. Or at least allowing them time to be heard. Or at least asking their name!

Dr. Josh is one of the best acupuncturists I have ever been to, and I've visited my fair share of them. He is thorough and thoughtful and his treatments have been very effective for me (back and neck pain and some internal issues). I have also sent my mom and sister for neck pain that has persisted for both of them for years and they have both been surprised at how effective the treatment is. I can't recommend him enough. Not only is he a knowledgeable practitioner, he's also just an overall great person.

Dr Josh of Sun Acupuncture has been extremely helpful to both of our daughters with sports injuries -- his treatments helped them get back on court very quickly! In addition, a TMJ diagnosis and a painful back injury with another family members were both remedied with a few visits. Dr Josh is an excellent medical professional with a personal approach to help the whole family. Highly recommend.

In the summer of 2017 Dr. Josh Eha helped me determine I had brain cancer. It was my first visit upon recommendation from my co-worker, Kari. I had been working at a manufacturing company called NuAire at that time as a Quality Director wearing ice packs around my low back for pain as well lidocaine patches. Dr. Josh first touched my head and asked me if I had a fall at some point in my life. I said "no, I am here for my low-back pain." I thought it was an injury from a zip-line in Mexico. Once he treated me, something felt not right in my brain. I was Googling "after effects from acupuncture" I eventually had an MRI from the Dr. because it was not going away. I was indeed diagnosed with a cancerous brain tumor. I had a surgery at the Mayo and proton beam radiation, which I would highly recommend. I have had two concussions since then and he has treated my headaches as well as other symptoms. Jeanne L

I’m following Dr. Josh Eha from his former clinic, and have attended one of his classes in Minnetonka so far. Dr. Josh has a calm, wise approach that I find helpful and trustworthy. His class was very enlightening , I will return for sure.
