The person I met with at nystrom made me feel so welcome and like joining their group as a single parent would be manageable and flexible. I was finding that difficult at other places so I am so grateful to have found teleheath at nystrom.

Staff is friendly and helpful. The therapist was non judgmental and had a great welcoming office.

My son is 10 and loves going to see his counselor! He knows he can talk about anything and she will help him deal with whatever it is!

They have a great counselor there, was seeing her at a different office in North Dakota. She moved here and I was told since she had credentials in ND and I could still see her. She moved to a MN office and I have ND state insurance so Nystrom just called and canceled all of my appointments, didn’t even ask if I would pay out of pocket. I’ve been dealing with this confusion for about two weeks on if I can or cannot see her. Now I have to start the process over a third time with someone new and I am just really bummed.

After a conversation with my "Ride Or Die", I hung up the phone & called N&A. I had to wait for a little while to have an opening open for me but ultimately was called within a week or so for an ARMHS assessments & my first therapy appointment within a few weeks. Both of which have been life-changing. When the Advocate needs an Advocate it seems there are none to be found; when the giver can no longer give but is in need everybody flocks in opposite directions. In my life I've determined it is not the quantity it's the quality whether blood family or not. If it wasn't for my "Ride Or Die" I never would have given N&A a call. After suffering a Traumatic Brain Injury in August of 2021, out of pure desperation & suggestion of the 1 person I trust left in my life. I'll never forget after the phone call with her where she suggested this company, I immediately hung up & I reached out to N&A. I knew I couldn't battle this battle alone & had nothing to lose but so much to gain. In the the blink of an eye my life was taken away from me when suffered a TBI never seeing the vehicle heading towards me. What was potentially an injury that had reversible effects was now questionable if any of them were reversible at all. At a time in my life that I truly had nothing to lose but a hell of a lot to gain Nystrom & Associates truly wanted to assist & support me even when everyone else walked away. There's no reason to walk through your deepest & darkest of times when this type of professional support is available within our community. Now being over a year out, I'm coming to terms with what is today is what's going to be forever. I continue to fight to change what is maybe still possible. I fight, day in & day out, just as I have done since the day of the accident. My care team at N&A continue to fight run along with me. If you are in the midst of a crisis or you just need extra support I promise you won't regret picking up the phone and calling to see what they can offer you. They are the best professional support within this area and you won't regret making sure you make that call. I don't. Thank you to everybody at Nystrom & Associates for assisting my kids & I as we walk towards a different kind of life. Nystrom has caring staff and always answers my questions with respect that I feel it is a safe place to go to. I deal with social anxiety and PTSD. My counselor is very resourceful and knows of other organizations that can help after hours. Give them a try.
