So rude. I made an appointment back in the fall but due to my phone breaking I was unable to call them and go to the appointment. Whatever mistakes happen. I called back in January and the lady chastised me for not calling to cancel and I explained but it didn’t seem to help my case, who cares. Both times I made the appointment it was a month before I could get in. My second appointment was for February 14th. They called me and told me he would be out of the office due to a family emergency. That was fine I understand that things happen. However, she told me she couldn’t get me in until March 13th. Are you kidding me? There’s no way that there wasn’t another appointment sometime? Consistently wanting a month to get my eyes checked? Ridiculous. Called Walmart in Alexandria and I have an appointment the next day. The drive is definitely worth not having to deal with that ridiculousness.
