If I could give negative stars I would. Shame on North Memorial hospital for recommending North Ridge for their TCU. Patient was eventually moved out of TCU into nursing home. PT stopped working with her. Roommate issues had to go on for months before any changes were made. Patient was dropped off at an appointment off site they forgot to pick her up. If you care about your loved ones don’t go here.

Just wanted to pop by and leave a review in regards to patients in your facility who want to order food as a delivery driver I’m very happy to deliver to anyone However I think your staff could benefit from putting a plan into place for patients ordering food. With covid being an issue and seniors are more at risk I don’t think it’s entirely fair for not only them but us delivery drivers as well. I get paid $8 for an order that requires me to be covid screened then get lost for twenty minutes trying to find one room just for the patient to demand I come INTO his room and bring it to him. Despite the delivery note stating to leave outside the door. It’s also contactless delivery. That is not my responsibility and I don’t feel comfortable exposing myself or exposing the patient potentially to covid. However the staff here are very friendly and I do appreciate the staff who helped me figure my way through this building That was so kind and helpful. But as for us delivery drivers I hope you guys can consider putting together a safer method for us delivery drivers. Thank you so much for what you do and stay safe

I really enjoyed my stay at Northridge and got the help I needed to go home. The staff was fantastic and provided me with plenty of coloring books and word searches

The dirty surroundings and the smell are atrocious. No one should have to live that way.

Patients are not getting the full care they are suppose to patients are missing dr appointments because staff dont have them ready to leave on time or arrange for transportation personal belongings go missing or become damaged personal hygiene is not occurring as needed for patient. Will NEVER recommend this place.

I stayed at North Ridge with my wife for 3 weeks in December to recover from Covid. I cannot stress enough how wonderful the staff was to us. When I got to the home the staff unpacked my things and were very welcoming. I was worried about my wife and the staff helped me see her and treated her and I wonderfully. The staff also worked closely with my family via phone and kept them updated on our progress. The therapy staff worked hard to get me up and walking again and to gain my strength back so I could return home. The food was great with lots of variety. I cannot thank them enough for all that they did for my wife and I. Thank you Thank you Thank you

My husband and I stayed at North ridge in December of 2020 recovering from Covid. Our amazing experience started before we got to the facility. We had been in the hospital before going to North Ridge. The hospital could not find  a recovery center that had openings for both of us North Ridge had room for us. The staff at North Ridge made the transition from the hospital to them seamless working with the hospital staff so we didnt have to do anything besides show up Upon arrival the staff welcomed us with open arms reassuring us that we only needed to worry about getting better. All of the staff treated us with so much care patience and understanding I cannot thank them enough

I thought I had died and gone to hell. This is the worst place to leave your loved ones. When I would turn the light on for the nurse they would come and shut the light off and leave. When I would ask them their name they were ignoring me. They lied to me over and over again. I have been away from there for one month now and still have a nightmares. I usually don’t write a reviews… But I am still so angry about the way I was treated. I have honestly thought about suing them

Very welcoming staff. They never complained and and always got me what I needed. I am doing much better than when I came thanks to my PT Coach
