Once again a very bad experience. Vicki from oncology is so rude and blames the patient before anyone else. She honestly should be fired! I find it very concerning that Mayo doesn't allow someone who had covid 19 on campus for 20 days but allows there employees back in 14 days. Can't wait for the media to find out about this.

Mayo hospital in New Prague, MN is second to none. I have received all of my cancer care here and in Rochester - both have given me the gold standard of care. My Oncologist in New Prague is so compassionate and a sheer genius. I would trust her with my life….oh wait, I have! My Oncology/Infusion/Chemo nurses in New Prague were the absolute BEST!!! Warm blankets and incredible care. These nurses deserve so much recognition! My surgeon in New Prague (who is no longer there) was kind, attentive and went the extra mile. Dr. Slater was simply amazing. This hospital is stellar. Keep up the good work!

Heard of lots of people including my mother have lots of problems here at this hospital. The doctors really don't seem to care about their patients at all. Go elsewhere for you care. Shakopee seems to get the job done!

The worst hospital ever, they sent my mom home after she’s been sick for over 4 years and they did nothing!!! If something happens to her y’all getting sued. They are so rude and it takes an hour to talk to a nurse, when there’s no one at the hospital.

Can't give negative stars because they won't let us. I have killed bugs in the rooms on prior visits. We have been waiting for over an hr to get into the ER haven't even been seen yet, and the staff here hasn't asked how we are doing. Would not recommend going here. Would of been faster to go somewhere else.

Worst hospital ever! Never been so insulted in my life. Everyone in my family has gone atleast once and they have always screwed up something. For example I went into er awhile ago for REALLY bad pain in my lower abdominal they did ct scan and a couple other tests said they couldn't see anything and sent me home. Pain got worse so went to another er that did same tests found out I had a cyst the size of an orange rupture! And that's just one bad experience that's happened there I've got more. There are only 3 er drs that I trust there but I guess u cant call to see if a certain one is working. Called tonight cause I need to get my husband in and wanted to know who was on they said they couldn't tell me. So it looks like I'll just drive the 20 extra mins to another er. I'm sorry but if I'm uncomfortable with certain ppl then I should have every right to call ahead. But whatever

I have every confidence in the staff at this hospital. They treat you with the care seen at a small town hospital with the knowledge and resources of Mayo Clinic to back them up.

Both of my experiences with this hospital have been exceptional. The ER doctors, Dr. Rice and Dr. Miller are very thorough with wonderful bedside manner. Both Dr. Rice and Dr. Miller took the time to address the issue presented as well as issues they discovered in addition. I have never had to wait for hours just to see a doctor here and the little wait I did have, they were very grateful for my patience. I appreciate that they genuinely care, they listen well and they explain everything in terms laymen can understand. I highly recommend this hospital for emergency medical care.
