My appointment was good. But the wait in the lobby area was way too long. Dr. Barth is a good optometrist.

I really like Dr.Barth and Dr Davis, very nice and thoughtful, however the scheduling of the appointments are unacceptable. It appears that they continually double book patients. It is not ok to wait an hour or more to see a doctor. There is NO reason for this and it is very disrespectful to the patients. We should expect better scheduling practices. I understand emergency’s are unavoidably , but this is an on going ,every time that I have an appointment. I finally walked without seeing the doctor. That’s sad and disappointing.
