I went 2 the ER 3X w/ a dislocated tibia. All 3X I was sent home w/ steroids & told I had inflammation of the knee cap. The 3rd time, they made the ambulance wait 2 take me home as I was told the ER was 4 real emergencies!!

Hands down the worst care I've ever received. I had a life changing medical condition and they were extremely insensitive, sent me my results and didn't call me for 6 days until I went out of my way to call THEM. They are all extremely rude and should not be working in this field. Do NOT go here.

This medical facility is most likely one of the worst I've ever experienced. And apparently I'm not the only one this is happening too. They don't care about the health of their patients. Besides shoving medication down your throat. Dr. Jakulla is a psychiatrist at this facility I have seen him several times now and every time he doesn't look at my chart to see what I have going on just guesses he prescribed me medication that in the end has happened several times now has made me sick for several days because he blatantly doesn't listen or look at my chart when I tell him I can't take some medication. 10/10 would NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE

BEWARE when bringing yourself or a loved one to this location. Especially if you are handicapped. They do not know how to use a Lift Assist. They do not want to take care of you if they need to do more than just check your vitals or give you medications. The staff also automatically states you have COVID when you walk in the door for any issue. This was the WORST experience someone could ever have at this facility and the doctors and nurses will not listen to you, they only want to push their own agendas even if it is at the expense of your health. When talking to a staff member about wanting to report our concerns to management, we were told they would only tell us this is an isolated incident and sweep it under the rug. I had to give one star, when it should be zero in order to post this.

Beware going to this facility if you are handicapped. They do not want to care for you. They do not want to use a lift assist and will try to force you to use another machine to have you stand up on even if you have no feeling in your legs. They do not know how to use a lift assist and do not care if they are hurting you. The doctors and nurses have no bedside manner and inform the family the patient will more than likely die and be prepared, when the patient isn’t even close to dying. We were told they were releasing my mom because the nurses were stressed out in taking care of all her needs, it didn’t matter if she was really ready to go home. When asked who to talk to in management, we were told it wasn’t worth it as management would tell us it was an isolated incident and they would sweep it under the rug. If you can, I would recommend considering going to a different hospital when needing care.

Great staff and thorough

Unfortunately, the ER doctor lacked good bedside manner, as well as the nurse. I normally don’t do reviews, but I’m very displeased. When I brought my son there they made me feel like my concerns weren’t valid, until I said my husbands a nurse, then they took my concerns into consideration. This isn’t the first time this has happened. I brought my husband in because he was extremely ill and they refused to do any scans, left there and went to another clinic and he was hospitalized. I wouldn’t recommend their ER. The med-surg and OB nurses and docs are amazing, as well as clinic. Raquel R. is such an outstanding provider, she has the best bedside manner and takes time to talk to you.
