Dr. Helgen is my primary care physician while I attend school at St. Olaf College. She is very punctual to appointments (I typically wait in the waiting room for less than five minutes, and the examination room between the nurse and Dr. Helgen for less than two.) and so far been an excellent healthcare provider. She is very knowledgeable and never prescribes any treatment that is not necessary. While appointments with Dr. Helgen seem very short, she takes the time to effectively explain what your symptoms mean, and what she will and will not do to treat the underlying causes, as well as how you can help to alleviate the symptoms.

This person is like a corporate*robot* when it comes to practicing medicine. I am currently considering filing a malpractice claim against this monster. Her remiss and neglect caused me to suffer a stroke due to undue stress SHE caused. All over assumptions she made about ME a trusting patient.
