The night staff are super slow and rude don’t treat you well at all if you go here be prepared to wait for 2 hours for help I’ve been here twice same wait time

This is hands down the worst hospital and service I've ever seen I have pneumonia and have been trying to get in there ER FOR 2 DAYS I'm on an oxygen machine with no portable and after about 30 minutes. After being away from my machine I can't breath and they thunk it's OK to leave a person in the waiting room then i asked the er if i call an ambulance if I would be seen right away and they told.me they have no idea thanks JENNY in er ur great lol

We (I and my husband) have a very difficult time getting through to the clinic. I am currently on hold for 65 min. There voice recorder said to leave a message, or stay on the line. This is ridiculous and not exceptable. I am better off driving over and talking in person. There must be one hell on a line that they can’t answer the phone. Unhappy customer.

I will be contacting the quality number to describe the truly inhumane and belittling care I received and pursue further action from the MN nursing board. No one should ever be treated like I was today. This is not Healthcare when the doctors and nurses are actually doing harm to their patients. There are ethical and hippocratic violations happening here that need to be investigated, reprimanded, and/or eradicated.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. I came to the ER in need of some help I always heard how terrible and awful this place was but didn't believe it until I came here tonight. It took them 35 minutes to come get me to do my vitals, and once I got in the room it took another 20 minutes just for the doctor to come in. I'm now wishing I would've went to any other place. So please, if you need to get seen or need emergency help PLEASE go anywhere else BUT here!!!

My mother was sent for 2 weeks to adjust her medication. She was released after 3 months and was so overmedicated she could not stand or speak. She was put on hospice as soon as she got home and died 1 week later!! Very poor care!

They will be happy to register you. Then a nice nurse will talk to you and do your vitals. Then they stick you in a room and forget you even exist until you walk out

We had a great experience fast and friendly service accurate diagnosis medicine was sent to my pharmacy very thorough. Josh Cruze was our doctor he was very informative and made us very comfortable.

Helped me out. Heard alot of negative talk about here as a local. Well I dislocated my shoulder. They were pretty nice and fixed me up. Positive experience. They remodeled the place to.
