I have a body that tends to be VERY cranky and constantly throw things at me. I’ve had to spend a lot of time here and met a lot of staff in many departments. I’ve always been treated very well, the staff has been incredibly kind. As a woman it’s a blessing I have a primary doctor who LISTENS. I have an entire team there really and every one of them is wonderful.

After my son’s mri was canceled in Mankato, Ryan and Michelle were able to squeeze him in the same day in Owatonna. They made it possible so we didn’t have to reschedule other specialist appointments that needed to happen after the MRI. They were phenomenal in communicating with us and my son. The environment was friendly and really made the experience so much less stressful.

Everyone in Family Practice from front desk to back office works hard to provide the best care and are friendly and show compassion and listen. Most of the providers will go out of their way to make sure you get what you need.

Change the web site it is not a walk in clinic any more covid has been around for two years. Overpriced medical care to start with atleast your IT people could make sure the information on you web sites are correct.

I am 30 years old , these SNOTTY old hags at the receptionist desk assumed I wasn't old enough to update my OWN account(hobbled in on a broken foot), then when they found out I was old enough, they didn't actually update said info....Tried to call in and pay bill and they won't take my money because they don't have the proper address...bunch of clowns that get paid way too much to not do their job correct, or professional.

On the phone talking to nurse she’s very rude tried to say I had Covid 19 minutes after asking me about strep throat saying they need to run all these test on me after talking to me I’m done me and my family won’t come to this hospital anymore second time a nurse did this mess wicked wicked

My family has been going to this clinic for many years and has always been well treated and respected. We have used Urgent Care and Same Day Clinic many times and received great care from the professionals on staff. The lab technicians are wonderful. We love being able to use the portal for messaging our doctors and seeing lab results. My neighbor is a clinic call center employee and is a very kind and patient individual both in her work and in her life. I felt it necessary to counter some of the negative reviews posted here as I feel the entire clinic should not receive a negative review based on an isolated incident. Attitude is everything.
