I've never seen such neglect and unwillingness to help patients like this before. I think allot of the staff (I refuse to call em doctors because doctors actually help patients) should remember the Oath they took and apply it.

Absolutely The Number 1 place I recommend for health emergencies or Issues. I live near Rochester and drive an Hour to Owatonna because of how caring the Staff is and the Doctors really know what they are doing and make sure you leave knowing your next steps and feeling better. Dr. Knutson is by far the best I've had in my life. I've had tooth infection before but he stopped the spread and pain quickly and set me up with an oral surgeon. Thank you

Miss diagnosis of my grandson! They sent him home without doing bloodwork so I took him to Faribault where we found out he was severely dehydrated he was admitted for 2 days. Can’t trust this ER if it’s and emergency

Do yourself a favor and never come here. Every time I ask the staff questions about like why my food hasn't come and still hasn't come and never came oh we're sorry did you place the order yeah before 6:00 yeah at 5:30 no food and then the people that the little walk around pcts here they walk around and they just Snicker like we don't have this and we can't do that and all this other s***. Hell the last place I came from destroyed two and a half weeks of my pain medication and after going two weeks with only about an hour or less of sleep every night I started losing reality so I relapsed on alcohol which is what causes me to be in yet another s******* so other people's mistakes are always ending up on me and I'm tired of this s*** so do yourself a f****** favor and never ever come here you'll be better off somewhere else....

I repeatedly asked to see the doctor and repeatedly demanded to be discharged, yet requests were ignored by multiple hospital personnel. In fact, I was not seen by the doctor for nearly 32 hours, despite multiple requests to be seen. I was released an hour after seeing a doctor. I will actively avoid Allina Hospitals after this event. I will be contacting the State of MN Dept of Health for them to follow up on this as they didn't follow MN statues and the fact that they held me against my will. Looks like there are many similar reviews, maybe it's time for a class action.

Allina misdiagnosed my cancer. Thankfully, Mayo Clinic got it right and saved my life. I will NEVER go to any Allina affiliate for any type of health care. Response to Allina: interesting how you care now, when I make the issue public. But no need to discuss further, there is no possible way I would trust you with my healthcare ever again. We are done here.
