Terrible doctor, never saw or heard from him after my fiances surgery. Had to go back to the E.R. no follow up no care, his staff was awful. Considering malpractice suit. tammie-IN

Horrible he blew out an artery and had to have me flown to IU Hospital for treatment and after waking 3days later i was freaked out at the way part of my leg was like mutilated i spent over 3 months in the Hospital and rehab my leg will never again be anything but discusting to look at

Dr. Flisak performed surgery on my 86 year-old mom's legs. She returned to the ER 3 days later with the biggest hematoma anyone has ever seen and she was in excrutiating pain. She was admitted and less than 24 hours later Dr. Flisak released her without even talking to her (or myself) to see how she was doing. That was almost 3 weeks ago and she's still not able to walk. Oh ... did we follow-up? Can't get an answer at the office during regular hours, nor answering machine, so NO.

He was very helpful when explaining my condition and treatment options. Everything was put into terms I understood, not all medical lingo. He has a very good bed side manner also.

The office keeps you on hold for 20-25 minutes trying to make an appt. They shuffle you around like cattle. Terrible!
