I've been with the company for 8 years, they're awesome to work for I want to give a shout out to Brittany if I have any questions or problems she can answer them 99.9% of the time or she finds somebody who can. I have personally never had an issue with them.

This is one of the most professionally run, employee-friendly companies I have encountered as a parent with 30 years of experience with nursing and PCA . Andre Best has created a "workplace" that honors the dedication of his staff to their home-based clients. He and the administration work with clients, families and govt agencies to improve the systems that influence care being provided at home and in the community. Best Care has led efforts to increase pay for staff and improve programs for clients. I am thankful to have accidentally found this agency more than 5 years ago and highly recommend it to any person or family seeking home care PCA or personal support services.

I absolutely love this place. The people working are always there for me when I have questions and if I need help with services. I have been there awhile so it's great when you call, or even get a phone call and you hear a familiar voice. Even the new workers who have come there are always polite and professional. So depending on what works for you... Yes I would recommend this PCA service thank you to everyone! Your all great & Brittany your awesome

If I could give it 0 stars, I would. Disrespectful, ill-mannered and unprofessional. They treat you like you are below them. I'm filing an agency facility complaint against them. Never again do I ever hope to be with them again.They have the audacity to threaten clients and question paper copy requests, when it's MY LAWFUL RIGHT TO OBTAIN COPIES OF MY OWN DOCUMENTS. This will get you into LEGAL issues if you continue to treat clients and customers in this way.They're not very diverse or trained in on different ethnical cultures. So rude, I would NEVER recommend this place and I hope they do not continue to treat those in need of services as they continue to do so now.Also, YOU ARE SERVING THE PUBLIC COMMUNITY, don't act like you're above the law and THREATEN CLIENTS or CUSTOMERS.
