It took the staff over 3 hours to return with x ray results and even then I was the one that had to request they come in and tell me what was going on, only checked in 1 time after waiting 2 hours for the results to tell me they didn’t know why it was taking so long. It was 10pm at night with a 5 month old when told them they needed to discharge me or I was leaving and their uncaring response was “ok that’s fine” to which I explained it was not ok or fine for them to make me wait 3+ hrs for results without checking in.

Talks super loud the ppl in back of you knows why you are there I have never went into a client and the ppl in the back could hear everything I'm annoyed learn when to stop talking 😤

I liked the concept of ER and Urgent Care together but when my husband was billed for an ER visit that was not nearly that level of care, I question using this Urgent Care again.
