Dawn Johnson's Online Review Report Card

Very rude and insensitive to my breast cancer diagnosis. Scolded me for asking questions. Due to how she treated me, I ended up going elsewhere, where they found a second breast cancer. I like Piper, but Dr Johnson: Too much ego. Too little genuine concern for patient.

Had made up her mind about what treatment to give me without even hearing my concerns. Did not listen, came in room without knocking and treated me like a child.

I had a fibroid adenoma and was asked to talk to Dr. Dawn Johnson if we need to operate it surgically since its benign. Before she even met us, she had already made an opinion that we should do a surgery. I took 3 other opinions and every single doctor told me that Surgery is not needed. This doctor might be a great surgeon, but only go to her if you know for sure that you need a surgery.

Very attentive, detailed and respectful.

I found Dr. Johnson to be so kind and caring when I saw her for breast cancer. She took her time with me, answered my questions, held my hand when I cried, and laughed at the jokes. My follow-up visits were as kind as the initial consultation. I have recommended her to several people and they have all had similar experiences.

She did not listen to my concerns and claimed i was lying about my symptoms. Tests revealed My concerns to be legitimate. I understand doctors make mistakes, and it's not the misdiagnosis that upset me as much as her not allowing me as a patient to question her diagnosis. She was rude and condescending with each of my questions. I will say, I really liked prior to my surgery though.

Doesn't listen to concerns, this is critical for patient care.
