Their website claims that “Our patients enjoy the unique benefits of a strong patient-physician relationship: a high level of service, seamless access to their doctor, and unrivaled continuity of care.” None of this was shown by Dr. McLinn when I called after hours, and he was the physician on-call. He was extremely rude and impatient with me from the moment he returned my call. He had a horrible bed side manner and was not the least bit helpful regarding the issues we needed a professional opinion on for my 80 year old father, who pays to be a part of this service. He talked down to me and was extremely demeaning the entire time, I have never met him in my life…thank goodness. Would never want my father or anyone I care about to be seen by him…EVER!!! He is the last person I would ever refer anyone to see. Doctor’s are supposed to have some empathy and compassion, and not act like they are above their patients. Very disappointed in his service with this program.

For years my husband and family and I have had a wonderful service from dr mc linn and his nurse, Beth.we would certainly recommend them. He is very kind to the elderly.
