Jennifer Harrington's Online Review Report Card

About a year ago I gave this location a 5 and was amazed by the service. My wife did the Viveve procedure. And Nikia was amazing and so charming. In fact Dr Harrington herself is an amazing doctor. But it's a 1 star because of Margo. She is so harsh and uses a nonchalant "I don't care about you, take it or leave it attitude". It's almost borderline cocky. We live in social media era and we are about to face another 2007-2008 economic crisis so non essentials procedures will almost be reduced as families go on belt tightening mode which is Margo's "I don't care about you attitude" seems just so bizarre. Word of mouth is key in any business not to mention repeat business. Oh well. It's great for Dr Harrington was able to keep a 4.9 rating in spite of Margo's attitude towards unless of course Margo targets people with certain background and names!

Wonderful people and Dr. Harrington is a very skilled and personable doctor.

Choose this practice!! You will be in skilled, compassionate and trustworthy hands!! At 51 years, I decided to remove my implants. My thought process was that, if I was paying for anesthesia, I may as well get my breasts lifted, as well have the tummy tuck I didn’t do years ago in my childbearing years. I was nervous and arrived at my consult expecting my anxieties to be calmed. They definitely were…but in a most surprising and unexpected way!! Saebra, one of the nurses, first picked up on my hesitation and took time to explore further. She didn’t try to reassure me…she took time to find out what mattered to me. When Dr Harrington arrived in the room, she first took time to get to know me and my family. Both Saebra and Dr Harrington suggested I may just try removing my implants, without the lift, and getting liposuction. That plan had never occurred to me. I was impressed by the time and attention they spent to guide me to the right answer. And one that was several thousand dollars less than my original plan. They cared about my experience and happiness more than to just reassure me about procedures that would have been more profitable. I am 3wks post surgery and thrilled with the results! I feel so comfortable and confident in my aging body. I will continue to use this practice to truly grow old gracefully.

It's all too rare a pleasure when someone or something exceeds your expectations, and so when that happens it needs to be noted and celebrated! Dr Jennifer Harrington and her staff deserve such kudos: from my first interactions with her team, to my initial consultation with her, to the surgery itself, to the post care, and to the ultimate outcome itself, my expectations were exceeded: I could not be happier. A company is an extension of the owner/leader, and it's clear that Jennifer not only cares deeply for her patients and her craft but also surrounds herself with like minded colleagues who share her passion and care. I've [unfortunately] had significant experience with various surgeons and caregivers during my adult life, and the entire team at Harrington stands at the top of the medical world from my humble opinion in every regard. If you are considering making a positive change to yourself--for whatever personal reason--you owe it to yourself to meet this group and see what they can do for you. Bravo, Dr. Harrington: Your team rocks!

Not a review of her work, but of the process to have her do a consult. I wanted to bring my daughter there for a consult, she is 20 years old and asked me to set it up. She has a chest wall deformity and needs nipple surgery and likely an implant, to look more "normal". (No, I am not telling her to do this, it is her decision.) I was told when I tried to schedule a consult, that Dr. Harrington will not see my daughter until the pre-op appointment. I was told that an RN will do the consult. What? The doctor wont even give her opinion on how to help?? So my daughter has to schedule the surgery, in order to even get her opinion on what to do? I have never heard of this in my life, and huge red flag! I would never ever let someone do surgery, who will not even discuss options with the patient. So sad....I set up an appointment with another plastic surgeon, and they thought I was banana's for asking if the actual doctor will see my daughter, of course they will!

Dr. Peng and her staff are ALWAYS such a pleasure to see. I adore the service and genuine smiles. I would definitely recommend this facility to everyone looking for a helping hand to get to the you, you want to be!

In case you hadn’t heard, Harrington’s exceptional reputation supersedes her in the medical community, state and around the country. For example, at my pre-op with my Allina health care provider (side note -love my provider, Jean Kummer +dislike Allina) exclaimed, “Dr. Jennifer Harrington! How did you get her!?!” Proceeding to go on and on about how lucky I was, and why, have her as my plastic surgeon. On top of receiving high regards from the medical community, she is absolutely beloved among her patients and staff. BELOVED. I believe Jennifer Harrington is recruiting the best of the best. The cream of the crop. Her own staff is naturally gifted in bedside manner. They are ALL genuine, trustworthy, uplifting and personable. Shout out to Saebra, Hook, Lisa in Accounting, Tiffany at the front desk, Anesthesiologist Chris, (I’m picturing others but their names are stuck on the tip of my tongue.) I’ll be returning for Botox; to see them again! Why would you go anywhere else?

Fast at responding. Everyone was friendly and informative. The only thing I wish was different would be to see the doctor again sometime after the surgury to discuss the results. Results were good, just would be nice to have that connection.

Dr. Harrington and her staff spend a lot of time explaining your procedure and makes you feel good about yourself. The office is beautiful and is very relaxing. Dr. Harrington even calls you at home, checking in on you to see how you are doing. They treat you like family!

Nurses was really nice, she took a 5sec. Look at my belly . I didn't like how I left without a quote. It's been two days and still waiting for my quote
