HORRIBLE company to deal with! Great Counselor (Bobbi Kelley), a complete nightmare to get access to appointments, the people answering the phones are clueless and NO HELP. One surely will be desperate for their services after trying to get any help from them. Run, run fast to ANYWERE ELSE!

Would not recommend life Stance, They can’t seem to get their billing information correct. Had to spend hours on the phone with my insurance to get it figured out. They’re not helpful when you make calls to their billing department. At which Point they hold your appointments hostage due to their inability correctly bill your insurance. So you’re unable to meet with your therapist or psychiatrist.

I really love my therapist, Roberta Kelley. She’s incredibly patient and compassionate — she truly listens. She never interrupts, even when I’m crying or venting. She gives me the space to express myself fully, and that means so much to me.

Getting back into therapy with a new therapist was scary for me…. But I have to say the Intake Specialist at LifeStance helped guide me to the perfect choice…. Only two sessions in and Roberta, my new therapist, is already giving me great tools to help me. Can’t say enough about how thankful I am to have found my way back into therapy with an exceptional therapist! Thank you Roberta!!!!!

So far I will give them 4 stars... I only just had my first telehealth appointment but my experience was good. I felt heard and was given multiple chances to add anything or ask anything I wanted. There was not a sense of rushing, but there was a sense of urgency to get me help. I was asked what I wanted to see happen instead of just being directed without option. I am hopeful for the future appts.

Well, at first it didn’t go so well. A staff member no showed me during a really crucial moment. The very same day the manager of the team called me and sorted everything out as much as she could for me, and set me up right away with a new person and when that day came it went absolutely fantastic. Thank you guys.

Dr. Ali Samikoglu is the best!<br>It’s so hard to find ANY Dr. I’m comfortable with, and I’m very comfortable with him. He’s very friendly, and, is so quick with his knowledge. It’s like he memorizes everything about everything. Thanks for all you do, Doc!
