Thus visit was about 14 years ago. He was my doctor at Region Hospital. When I was in the hospital for a really bad blood clot, he and his colleagues were there every step of the way and did everything they could; and saved my life.. I am extremely grateful for this doctor.

I had Dr. Bretzman as my attending md. HE did such an amazing job on me whe ni was in the hospital with a massive blood clot and made me all better 4 and 1/2 days later. I think he is a hot doctor.

Dr. Bretzman is a wonderful, competent, and caring physician. He was the only physician who cared to take the lead on my very complicated and involved, serious health condition. I would highly recommend Dr. Bretzman; he is very competent, down-to-earth, personable, and empathetic.

I was lightly sedated for a short procedure and remember a great conversation and bedside manner from Dr. Bretzman. I'm alarmed to have read the other comment about him being rude to staff - I didn't witness, but again, wasn't awake for the entire time.

Dr. Bretzman performed a true miracle on my husband, Paul. My husband had a massive stroke at the end of June 2008. Paul was not able to begin a true recovery of walking again had he not had this surgery. Dr.Btretzman was able to clear out the old blood clots and get the blood flowing in Paul's left leg. If it were for this successful procedure, Paul would still not be walking. Dr. Bretzman worked on his day off to do the surgery. We will be forever grateful. Blessings on his work.

Dr. Bretzman had a good bedside manner with me, but he is very rude to his employees. I witnessed this without Dr. Bretzman's knowledge because he thought I was fully sedated on the procedure table. After the procedure, I asked the nurse if he always treats them so poorly and the nurse confirmed. I feel that his actions create a very stressful environment and is not good for patients. I will personally refuse to be treated by Dr. Bretzman from now on because I don't feel safe under his care.

Dr. Bretzman is very kind, excellent bed side manner. He preforms breast biopsies and the injections for SNB prior to surgery. the nurses told me that he is their only Dr. that gives extra pain relief.
