The Plymouth MNGI facility and staff were so caring & efficient. However the preparation/ instructions upon picking up meds were very vauge (when to take what, at what time) were confusing & not easy. Procedure and staff were great. Just the prep needs improvement. Pharmacy instructions needs improvement.

Smooth.... Oops and easy..... Oops. But seriously. A well run ship here. Fast and efficient. Everybody there is very nice and they make it as pleasant of an experience as it can possibly be. 👍👍 And sorry we have no pictures for this one.... 💩🤣

I was in last week for a colonoscopy and had as good of an experience as one could have getting a colonoscopy. Every single person I encountered at the MNGi Plymouth location was incredibly friendly, informative, kind and companionate. The entire process was like a well orchestrated performance, where everyone seemed to have their specific job to do and they did it extremely well.I would really like to share the name of my doctor at MNGi, but he's already difficult to get an appointment with, ha-ha.While this was my first colonoscopy at this location, it was not my first experience with the doctors, nurses and staff at the Plymouth MNGi location. I've been in for other doctor appointments and have had the same sort of terrific experience at that those times as well.A huge "thank you" to all of the MNGi Plymouth staff.

Every single person I encountered was amazing. From the receptionist who checked me in, to the nurses and the doctors who treated me, they were all very friendly, careful and knew their job. It was one of the best examples of patient care I’ve experienced. I was very nervous and they made me feel comfortable. They all worked as a team and I felt like I was in good hands. The doctors, the nurses and all the staff went above and beyond.

This place is top notch! The nurses I had today for my procedure were all excellent as well as my CRNA. So friendly and knowledgeable, made me feel very comfortable. Dr Ketover was great also! I will definitely recommend this place!!

I had a visit and the nurses were great. The doctor on the other hand rushed me through and didn't listen during the visit.The doctor kept asking questions about my symptoms that I had already gone through and that were in my chart. He told me that the condition that I probably have, based on my repeated verbal answers was a condition that I have already been diagnosed with (and was also in my chart). I attempted to elaborate that I was aware of the diagnosis but that new sever symptoms had come to light. I was told to drink more water and to bring my stressor down in return.Additionally, I did end up requesting a blood test. I went in for the appointment and had blood drawn. My sample was lost, as were the results. It has been over 3 months and I finally found out today by calling that this was the case.I am overall very disappointed with the communication. Also, the waste of money to see a doctor who clearly wasn't interested in my case.
