Though their website doesn't state this, it is primarily an adolescent psychology center. I was very displeased with the level of care I received there. I do not recommend this service.
Everyone I have met and worked with in this clinic is friendly, kind, careful, and clearly working to improve the lives of.their clients. My experience at Plymouth Psych Group has been life changing. Thank you!
My kiddo was struggling in his current care and we were looking for a change. Plymouth psych group provided us with that positive change. They went above and beyond to make sure my kiddo received the appropriate care through both therapy and meds. Super attentive, caring, and helpful with lots of follow up and follow through. I feel involved as a mom and my child feels listened to - such a breath of fresh air after some of our past experiences. Thank you!
It would be great if it didnt consistently take your office 4+ business days to respond to medication refills.

EDIT: why are you lying on your public reply? It has taken your office routinely over 5 days to fill, with me having to call/email incessantly to even get a response. I've contacted your office over email every time this happens. I guess we can add dishonesty to the list.
I received a bill for services not rendered and incorrect billing three times.
I had an appointment with my usual provider of ( 6 years) and they did not bill my insurance, I called and gave the information, I emailed the information and much later ( 6 months or more) that it was not corrected.
Following this, my provider of 6 years left and I did not receive notice, I found out when I called to make a follow up appointment as I needed to have a refill and they could not see my as no openings for new patients for weeks. The doctor did call 1 month while I waited for a appointment
( refused 2 or 3). When the appointment came around, I was on the tele health meeting waiting for the provider, I waited about 15 mins the provider never joined I called the office they said oh yea they see the appointment let me call the provider. I was told, the provider is having technical difficulties & that there was nothing that could be done and I would need to reschedule. In both instances, I should not owe a no show appointment fee. I never talked to the doctor once and due to no fault of my own the appointment could not take place. I was not given a bill for 6 months when I did, it said “final notice” I reached out to the office and disputed, the “office manager” called me back during a time that I specified I could not talk) I then sent her an email explaining the incorrect billing & all she did was continue reply to my email with the final notice. Now I am getting text messages from a collection agency.
I was a client of 6 years or maybe more, they were paid thousands and can see I never misssd appointments.
What this office managers did lost a long client. My provider was great the office “manager” has no customer service skills and treats long time line clients terrible. I even offered to pay the one appointment I did have and i would forward what I paid to get my insurance for reimbursement. She did not respond. Luckily I dont have employees like this working for me or the business would go under & I wouldn’t want my money or insurance to pay a company that employs staff like this..
Plymouth Psych grp is not the best. I saw a Dr Ti. He Wayy over sleep medicated me. Am on a mere fraction of Seroquel he put me on. Suggested high increased dose was to help me get rid of the negative effects of the former bldg abusers. Didn't help! Then along w taking Namenda, recommended Aricept as well. Yes, can be taken together, but Emough w over medicating me ( & suspect other clients). The Person must come first, not meds.

Additionally located in Plymouth, longg drive for 1 person! Esp in winter.
My MD now prescribes all meds, and much more convenient.
Dr Arnold is amazing with my teenage daughter. The first time we saw her she interviewed and actually listened to my daughter and her concerns! She has since had a follow up with Dr Arnold and she continues to make my daughter feel heard. We are so grateful for finding her.
PPG's website lists an approval rating of 4.87/5 with 38 reviews at the bottom of their home page. Looks good until you notice the big red flag. No attestation nor references to where those reviews come from, and no link to read the reviews. If you go to their "Testimonials" page, the reviewer must leave their FULL NAME and email address for PPG to see. This again is a huge red flag. Requiring that a person leave this information in what may be a poor review of psychological services that they depend on? That they may have no other choice of provider? Of COURSE its going to be all positive reviews. What person receiving poor care for these services is going to risk themselves? You can't tell me this information doesn't make it to their files. I've had two different providers assigned to me in two years. Both - despite regular appointments - have been clueless of our past conversations (Balan and Gibson) and I end up explaining myself, repeating information, and no real help. - Provider seems to take extensive notes, but I still end up repeating myself, "As you told me in our last appointment," "As we discussed in our last appointment," "As I told you in our last appointment..." - Direction and advisement on medication interaction and side effects were extremely poor - Direction on stopping a long-time medication were also extremely poor Their $70 no show/24-hour cancellation policy would be fine - IF their appointment scheduling and confirmation worked or was consistent, or if the patient had the ability to log in and SEE their appointments - past and future. It's not. It almost as if the scheduling/appointment system is built to get a payout on the policy. I know several people who go to PPG and all have the same problems: - providers being the 'no show', not the patient - no consistent appointment reminders or confirmations - poor directions on reminder calls (when I do get them) that don't state the date/time, "you have an appointment coming up in a couple of days", sent on a SATURDAY when the office is closed, and no way to verify until they open on Monday morning - No sign in portal for patients for viewing billing, payments, or appointments - Confusion - nearly every time - around in person or Zoom - Providers unable to get Zoom to work In addition, getting prescription refills has been a nightmare. I get anxious every time because I know it will be a mess. - Prescriptions regularly sent to the wrong pharmacy - despite verifying with the provider EVERY TIME - Pharmacy needing contact from PPG, despite PPG's phone message saying, "contact your pharmacy" for prescription questions -- the pharmacy sent me to YOU because they can't transfer the prescription - Some providers tell you to send them a message directly. Some say to leave a message on the website contact us. Some say to leave a voice message. The answering machine says "contact your pharmacy." NOTHING IS CLEAR.
An all-around outstanding place—from the exceptional customer service to the compassionate providers. You truly couldn’t ask for more friendly, caring people. Everyone goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and valued. I highly recommend this place and will absolutely return if I ever have a need in the future.
I think Dr t is an okay guy
I was kind of surprised that I wasn't going to be dropped after the first session one thing though I don't think the guy knows anything about me
My opinion is somebody is going to give you some medicines how are they going to know what to give you if they really do not talk to you or know anything about you or listen to nothing you want to say got to wonder about that one
?? I'm not in this world where everybody looks at a computer and types in information instead of looking at people or talking to people for information everybody has a book
With numbers and labels to tell you who you
Every month psychiatrists come up with a new label to put on and to add to the person who has 20 other labels
Trash the computers!! Hey people whoever you are wherever you are start looking at people not your computer
Forget their past forget their labels forget their childhood forget their categories their listings their number in there
DSM-5 burn the book!! Look at the person talk to the person
!!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
