Review Summary
Twin Cities Orthopedics received 88.1% positive feedback, with patients praising the doctors' professionalism, compassion, and thorough communication. However, 11.9% of the feedback was negative, primarily citing lack of post-surgery communication and perceived unprofessionalism post-care. Overall, the practice excels in patient care, yet it needs stronger post-operative communication.ScoreDoc Score

List of Jennifer Wood Md's Reviews
Dr. Wood and the TCO staff are excellent at all aspects of treatment - from injury diagnosis to treatment options and therapy sessions. I have had a very good, healing experience with them.
Dr. Wood was very caring and respectful and expressed concern for my needs.
I always feel heard when I visit Jennifer H. Wood MD and her Care Coordinator Shawn. I am rarely kept waiting. I was seen for bilateral Knee pain. Looks like knee replacements may be in my future. In the meantime I was given a Cortisone injection in each knee.I am to rest for one week and then use an indoor bike for twenty minutes twice a week. I only had one issue on this visit. Dr. Wood suggested I try Voltaren gel for my recently fractured wrist, my trochanter or knees if they flare up. I don’t think she noticed I know have CAD plus an HVC loop recorder in my left breast . Voltaren gel is contraindicated with hear disease. Oops. I will give a heads up to Shawn and Dr. Woods so its noted in the future. I’m sure this was an oversight. I adore both Shawn and Dr. Wood and trust them with my life
Dr Wood was the Orthopedic Surgeons on call when I came into North Memorial ER the Sunday before Christmas. She worked in an advisory role with the ER staff to get my broken wrist in the best condition at that time. Dr Wood said for me to call her office Monday to set up an appt with her that Wednesday. In that meeting it was decided the wrist need immediate surgery. Surgery was scheduled for the very next day; 730am Dec 23. Shawn, Care Coordinator to Dr Wood got everything arranged with the hospital for the surgery the next day and has been in communication with me about my health and insurance questions. I am blessed to have Dr Wood see me so quickly. And even more blessed to have her operate so quickly. My hand and wrist are doing great. I have reduced pain since the surgery, mobility of all my fingers, and see a future ahead. Thank you Dr Wood.
Dr. Wood is an absolute rockstar of a doctor. Kind, professional and amazing at her job. Make the right choice and choose Dr. Wood.
My visit was Excellent I found out my problem the choice of treatment to available I will continue treatment plan soon Thnk you Dr Wood
Very kind and knowledgeable.
Dr Wood is great, she is careing and understanding. You can she how much she cares in her eyes.
I was in an accident in Sept of 2019. I first met Dr. Wood the day before my first surgery. She took the time to answer all my questions and concerns. I had a few setbacks because of the severity of the injury but Dr. Wood gave excellent post surgery care and followup appointments and she was genuinely happy to give me the news that I was finally healed in Dec of 2021. Been a long road to recovery but beyond happy to have Dr. Wood and her whole team helping me every step of the way. I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Wood and her team.
I am grateful to have people like Dr. Woods and her staff in my life!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
