Very unprofessional, she slammed her hands on the desk in frustration, recommended treatment I’ve already had done with no success, did the bare minimum, was unprepared for the appointment, and dismissive of all complaints.

Dr. Andrea,Boon , MD I have been trying to find a Dr. to help me out with my back pain. I am living with chronic pain each and every day. I have titanium in the back plate in my L5 S one it was a total displacement I am full of arthritis in my spine and a couple herniated disc and pinched nerves so then after a couple years the where in tear on my SI joints I had to have those replaced that failed also. Unfortunately I try to think positive but when I stopped all the Pain narcotics on my own, and now that I can’t get the help when I was just trying to help myself to see where my pain was at and help myself get up all that medication I didn’t need that for my body to live on it was unhealthy. I know what I need to do I just need the doctor to help me with that. If you can’t help me do you know a doctor that can help me please.

Dr. Boon performed my SFEMG during my visit to Mayo. She was very nice and had a calming personality during the procedure. She was one of my favorite doctors there.

Dr. Boon has been treating me for knee/pain and cortisone injections for a few years now. Her bedside manner and professionalism is second to none. She is thorough and explains everything in "people-speak" not "doctor-speak" so that I felt very comfortable through the process each time. I would definitely recommend Dr. Boon to anyone and everyone!
