List of Candace F. Granberg's Reviews
When our baby was diagnosed with kidney cancer, Dr. Granberg was the doctor we connected with most. She had differing opinions (much more optimistic) than the rest of the team, and at first we thought she just had rosy-colored glasses on. She didn't tell us anything one way or another before the diagnosis was confirmed, but left room for hope that was otherwise gone. It turns out she was right- it was treatable. She did the surgery to remove the tumor, and we get comments all the time that my daughter's scar looks wonderful. Dr. Granberg is knowledgeable, kind, and caring. She is honest, but has an optimistic outlook that is so needed in many medical situations. I'm so thankful to have her in our lives.
I thought Dr. Granberg was very informative and had a great bedside manner.
My son was referred to Mayo Clinic because he has a life threatening bleeding disorder. Dr. Granberg totally disregarded my son's diagnosis of the bleeding disorder because other causes of bleeding are more common. She gave me no opportunity to ask questions before she left. The only advice she gave me was that if he bled so much that it soaked through his clothing, he should see a doctor. I got the clear impression that we were wasting her time by being there.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
