Dr. Pinhiero Neto handled my rare case of Nasopharyngeal Cancer very well and made the best recommendations for my case. He performed surgery before I began my chemo and radiation and thankfully, it worked! I now show no evidence of disease. Thank you Dr. Pinhiero Neto. I trusted you from the minute I met you!

Dr. Pinhero is an amazing Doctor and specialist. He finds problems and solutions promptly. On the day of my surgery he seen me before and after. Him and his whole team made me feel safe and prepared explaining every step. He met with my wife and updated her immediately post-op and answered all of her questions in no rush at all. I would recommend him to anyone.

I would refer anyone to Dr. Pinheiro. He explains everything from my first appointment, took his time never rushed. Appointments were always on time or took me ahead of scheduled time. Had many surgeries. Still currently seeing him. He is FANTASTIC!!!

Dr. Pinheiro did my surgery, I didn't see him at the hospital at all. His staff is NOT kind or helpful. He never explained anything to me. His office wait time is anywhere from half an hour to over an hour. I walked out, and will not return.

My normal Dr is Dr Scordino due to her being out of the office she left me in the care of Dr. Pinheiro... I was beyond nervous, I met with him to get catscan results which he was gentle, and very down too earth...making me feel very comfortable with him. He told me I needed surgery in a gentle way and the day of my surgery I was set up with an AMAZING care team that made me feel safe...Dr.Pinheiro came down and saw me before I went up, once again making me feel alright. I would def reccommend!

I went to see Dr. Pinheiro in the hope that he could treat my acoustic neuroma tumor with endonasal surgery as Albany Med's website had suggested. It turns out that the website was incorrect. Although Dr. Pinheiro was not the doctor for me, he still spent over an hour helping me consult with another Dr. he brought in who specialized in my condition. I WISH HE WERE THE DR. FOR ME!! He and his assistant were kind, patient, honest and knowledgeable. He's a real GEM. You won't be disappointed!!

From the start Dr. Pinheiro-Neto was great. I felt like he truly cared about what was best for me, the patient. I didn't feel like I was just another dollar sign. He actually tried to offer alternatives to a surgery and told me if those options were not working he would be happy to consult with me about having a surgery in the future. (I had a Deviated septum and very congested sinus.) I did end up geting the surgery and from the start to finish I am very pleased.

Dr. Pinheiro became my ENT over the summer during a traumatic and unexpected illness, which stemmed from a serious sinus infection. His excellent care, follwup and patient, knowledgeable bedside manner all played a big part in my recovery. I feel very fortunate to have Dr. Pinheiro as my ENT specialist.
