Hired by insurance companies for the sole purpose of a bad faith approach and denial of patient disability claims. A clear cut conflict of interest and a report riddled with falsehoods. Mr. Cowl has done treacherous harm to the oath he took many moons ago.

This doctor was hired by my disability provider, in my opinion for the sole purpose of denying my claim. Despite the doctors signing an affadavit to the contrary, I believe these reviews are inherently done in bad faith. Typically the insurance company has more than enough information to approve the claim, but hire doctors and pay them to tell them exactly what they want to hear - that they know better than my doctors despite never having met me, and that benefits are not warranted. I believe there is a clear and present conflict of interest, and that Dr. Cowl should be ashamed of himself because this isn't what he had in mind when he swore an oath to do no harm. He's done treacherous harm to my ability to feed my family for whatever this fee was.

Clay has his act together!! He helped me get back flying.. He is also on first name basis with the doc in Oak City (FAA)..
