Dr Jerschow has always been respectful and very helpful! You can’t really blame her for being rushed or telehealth but overall she was awesome! My allergies have gotten much much better under her care and guidance

Dr. Jerschow is very knowledgeable. She had a calm, peaceful and intuitive presence. She listened and asked pertinent questions and engaged me in the course of action. Her care and concern were very reassuring. Dr. Jershow was prompt at my scheduled appointments. Because she is highly qualified and genuinely cares, the concern I had for 2.6 years was resolved without stress and without unnecessary tests and screenings.

Initial appointment was scheduled as an in office visit on 1/5/2022. Received a call one day before appointment, missed called at that, and voicemail directed that appointment would be conducted via telehealth. When I called in for my telehealth appointment Dr. Jerschow was in her car driving! so unprofessional and should be a violation of HIPPA. She didn't listen to my concerns, nor wanted to understand what I was asking to be done in my plan of care, which was to order basic blood work. I figured she had looked at my chart prior to the telehealth visit, which she did not. To be a Doctor and make suggestions without looking at a patients chart seems like a red flag to me. Dr. Jerschow seemed very robotic in repeating common phrases instead of just listening. Which makes sense considering she didn't do her due diligence in reviewing patients info. I do not recommend this Doctor, please do your research in who you allow to manage your health.

I had a video appointment scheduled for tomorrow morning at 8 45. No one explained how this works to me at the referring office. I thought it was like duo. At 6:16 tonight, I got a robot call telling me that I need an app to do the meeting. Doesn't tell me how or where to get this app, just agree or cancel. Since I know nothing about the app, I had to cancel. It would have been nice to speak with a person so I could ask questions. Or the call could have come while someone was in the office not after business hours. Not everyone knows how to work with apps

She is really reliable and very knowledgeable with all illness that has to do with immunology. I appreciate her commitment to her patients.

Amazing doctor

she helped me so much - my drug allergies prevented me from taking the right medicines. Dr. Jerschow told me that I am not allergic anymore to some of the medicines and that I could take them again. I took the medicine in her office because it could be dangerous to take the medicine at home. Everything went well and I would like to thank Dr. Jerschow for helping me.
