Filled in for my doctor who wasn't available. Was happy to have him be my doctor. He was caring, calming and concerned. Was very satisfied.

He dropped the ball. My doctor sent him specific information and a personal letter stating why I was traveling over 1,000 miles to Mayo but when I got there even though this fellow had the letter in his hands a month before I arrived, he told me he had not read it. I had called there aead of time to make sure it was received by him and was told it was. He did not address the debilitating disease I traveled so far to have specialists research. This guy ruined everything for me.

I have been to over 40 high-level medical centers across the U.S., expected Mayo to be one of the best but Kebede was so unprepared and unknowledgable he absolutely ruined a trip I made especially to visit Mayo for CFS. When I got there he was like a child and had not read the letter sitting in his office for weeks, so he made guesses about why I was there. He's only an internist and questioned the validity of a renown neuroscientist from my region. He does not deserve to be an MD in the U.S.A.

Dr. Kebede was the most knowledgeable, best listening, and thoughtful doctor I've met in my previous 30+ doctor's visits this past year. He was upfront and honest about his concerns and predictions and comforting about our plan of action simultaneously. My husband and I were truly amazed at the professionalism and efficiency of both Dr. Kebede and his staff. After working for days to get our medical records from our previous hospital, Dr. Kebede and his staff comforted us and not only had the medical records in minutes, but ensured we were given a copy for our personal records before we left. We are from out of state and have honestly debated moving here based on our experience with the Mayo clinic and Dr. Kebede. The collaboration, advocacy for patients, and knowledgeable individuals have given us hope for the first time in a long time. We couldn't be happier with our experience.

The doctor is lacks a sufficient amount of knowledge and experience so he obviously sorted to textbook-level basic moves when he didn't understand the issues. I expected expertise but received the opposite.
