Very bad people and don’t recommend to go there I don’t believe what they done to me they don’t Care about me but only care about money

I was told that they can perform my DMV listening test, when I get there, they perform unnecessarily test and told me that they don’t do DMV testing there, and need to schedule real professional doctors for testing So they took money for nothing and kicked me out after I paid $$$

This office is run by a bunch of rude and incredibly unprofessional office staff. Front desk does not greet you upon walk in or look at your eyes when talking to you. Physician assistants asks you questions with a nasty attitude. Doctor's bedside manner was cold and unapproachable. Everyone seems to hate their jobs. All can use a freaking smile. Patient comes here because they are sick. We could used some care and empathy. Does not recommend this place!!!

I would recommend Dr Li to anyone looking for an otolaryngologist. He is trustworthy, courteous, and cares for his patients. Dr Li carries his professionalism throughout and has wonderful bedside manner.
