Jeremy L. Fogelson's Online Review Report Card

Dr Fogelson was amazing from beginning to.end. He personally called us Sunday night before our son's surgery to explain things and answer questions. He was very attentive to Jordan as well as empathetic toward us. He thoroughly explained everything. He stayed late for a 2nd surgery to make an unexpected repair. Jordan's surgery to repair a CSF leak was dicey but Dr. Fogelson was the absolute best!!!

I went in for a minor procedure. I now can’t walk and it is painful to sit for more than 5 minutes. He look lied in my records which someone cleaned up for him.

I for minor procedure, while I was under anesthesia, he decided to adjust my height without my permission and taking other health conditions into consideration. The surgery broke. I was bleeding internally with screws floating around in my body. I came in on Friday and he left me in that state until Monday when all he did was clean up a lot of blood and loose screws. He didn’t tell us any of this. He ignored me as much as possible for a year he said because he didn’t know what to do. He could have asked for help. That is what he could have done. He could have read my records from a prestigious hospital where I had been going for years and I had the chief of the department as my surgeon and he went into medicine because cares about people and and he cares about what happens to them.

I went in for a minor surgery. He decided once I was put out to do a completely different surgery that I didn't want that he didn't know how to do. I came back to the hospital internally bleeding and with and with screws floating around in me. He decided to go home for the weekend and do surgery on me on Monday. He kept all of this a secret from us. He ignored us for the most part for a year. I was unable to walk and in major pain. I had a broken sacrum that is broken so badly that it can never be fixed. He is no longer my surgeon. My future is unclear due to Dr. Jeremy Folgelson. I am going to need back surgeries for the rest of my life due to what he did to me and the surgeries he did accomplished nothing and caused many problems that are going to affect the quality of my life. I was an active person that worked out all of the time and now I am in a wheelchair and my body looks deformed. I am ashamed to have anyone every see me. Financially, this entire ordeal has cost us a lot of money. We were not set up for me to be crippled. We now have to move to place that is much more suitable for my needs. He has ruined my life. He doesn't think like a surgeon. He had no remorse for what he did to me.

The office visits were unprofessional and he is inexperienced and left me unable to walk.

I have had three back surgeries. Dr. Folgelson saved my life. I have no residual effects from such a major surgery. Thank you

Dr. Folgeson is a world class spinal neurosurgeon surrounded by a world class surgical team. I moved from Atlanta to Rochester, MN for Dr. Fogelson to take over my care after being severely injured by another surgeon in Atlanta. He ordered treatment prior to surgery to get me stronger, and during the 10 hour surgery, was brilliant. He was thorough and compassionate during my 30 days in the hospital at Mayo. He has now followed me two years post op. I highly recommend if you are a teen or adult with scoliosis, come here first. Don’t make my mistake. When performing complex spine surgery, you want no one but the best. I’ve met hundreds of surgeons as a MedTech Executive professional prior to becoming a patient. Comparatively, Dr. Fogelson tops the list.

Dr Jeremy Fogelson is a super hero. Besides being a genius surgeon, his demeanor, bedside manner, and personable approach make me wish I could add 10 stars.
