Dr. Stan has taken great care of my wife. He is very smart and knowledgeable and has always been willing to take the time to answer all our questions. We both trust him completely because we know he always does his best to see to it that she gets the right care and treatment. Highly recommended.

Dr Stan is an excellent endocrinologist that has helped get my Graves Disease under control when other drs could not. He closely monitors labs and orders labs frequently to monitor my thyroid levels. Highly recommend Dr. Stan if you need an endocrinologist.

Dr. STAN IS A WONDERFUL DOCTOR WHO CARES ABOUT HIS PATIENTS WELL BEING. HE DOESN'T LOOK TO OVER TREAT THYROID CANCER BUT REATMENT MAINTAIN

Dr Stan spent so much time with me, over 2.5 hours. He listened intently to my background and offered me excellent advise and recommendations. I felt like I was his only patient of the day. I have complete confidence in him. Mayo is top notch !

Appt w/ trainee thumbing through old records 1st time, only writhing TSH levels, half listening to me. Stan entered, insisted my referral was for PTC ONLY! Untrue! Was for other symptom. I teared up realizing nothing was being done. Insisted I was over emotional and need therapist. He himself didn't look at my records or hear my symptoms. Drove a very long way only to be told what I already knew. Was told no testing would be done. Is this really how Mayo works? Ignores patients? Then had labs to "appease" me. Several labs showed abnormalities. Was told I would get a call in a couple hours at 10am. It's now 6pm and coming up on a 3 day weekend and we don't know weather to stay or go home. Absolutely nothing was done to help. My records had not even been reviewed! I have serious symptoms and health rapidly declining and was booted out without 1 test being done. I'm simply baffled!!...Not to mention the rudeness I received from him. Because I started to cry because they were refusing to help me with something I've been suffering with over a year now, had normocalcimic Hyperparathyroid tumors, then thyroid nodule cancer, total thyroidectomey, Hyperthyroidism, High calcium not related to parathyroid, extreme spinal cord pain, neurological issues, barely able to function, single mom of 3, unable to work now because of severity of symptoms. Yet I need a Psychologist because I cried after driving 8 hours spending all the money I had left thinking finally I would get answers only to be met with a cold hard..."Nope, we aren't going to do anything!" I expected much more of The Mayo Clinic. I would have been better off going to a walkin Clinic at my home town. This man does not have empathy nor have concern for patients well being.

I found Dr. Stan extremely knowledgeable, courteous and professional in my care. I recommend him without hesitation and have full confidence in him regarding my care

I had a goiter and Dr. Stan advised me to have it removed. I was not prepared for what was going to happen to me after my thyroid was removed. My hair falling out, extreme fatigue, weight gain etc.

Dr. Stan was not dismissive of all my little complaints, instead he took interest in even the smallest of details I could give him. He listened and took action to find an answer. He seems genuinely concerned about the thymoma that was found and was so concerned about my adrenal insufficiency he personally called me to be sure that I had received and begun to take my medication. He has been very helpful in advocating for reinstatement of my insurance that was recently cancelled. Smart, sensitive, and genuine.

Dr. Stan is a very efficient, kind and knowledgeable Doctor. He gently told me that I had cancer, and was encouraging to me so that I was not afraid. He listened to this patient, and took time to answer all my questions, and even was appropriately humorous at times. He called me at home to check on my progress, and was reachable when I had a question after coming home. I was so blessed to have him as my doctor during this difficult time.
