He is an excellent knee doc. He was my husbands dr. He was walking - no pain in less than a week.He had same outcome with 2nd knee. We've referred 3 friends @- all had zero pain - fast healing. .

Dr. Pagnano and his team are excellent and my experience from start to post-surgery was well organized. I would highly recommend Dr. Pagnano. All my questions and concerns were addressed throughout the process from initial appointment and thereafter.

I was told that Dr. Pagnano was "the best" at partial knee replacements. The entire experience with him and his staff was positive in every way. I felt respected and listened to; I actually had fun talking with Dr. Pagnano. Now that I'm three months into recovery, I would agree that he is the best. My leg is straight again, pain recedes more day by day (more specifically, night by night), and I'm able to walk and pedal a bike without a twinge. I certainly couldn't say that before the surgery! The scar, even, is barely noticeable due to the care he took "putting me back together." I couldn't be more thrilled. I'd recommend Dr. Pagnano without reservation.

Dr Paganano has replaced both of my knees and both my hips. I would not be able to walk if it wasn't for Dr Paganano, Dr Paganano is not only a great surgeon he is also a very warm and caring person.

Dr Pagnano has been my Dr for 18+ years and I can honestly say if it wasn't for this fantastically skilled orthopedic surgeon I wouldn't be able to walk. Dr. Pagnano has replaced both my hips and both my knees. I had my 1st knee replacement at age 44, I needed the TKR after many years of scopes done on my knees then it was all bone to bone and we went forward with the first TKR. I have been a very complicated case and to date have had 12 joint replacements, all but 3 have been done by Dr Pagnano

He made me feel welcome and calmed every worry I had. First Doctor I've had who did not make me feel like patient but more like a guest. Support staff was great by seeing my fear and not dismissing it but recognizing I was concerned. The took the time to explain things every step of the way.
