List of Mayo Clinic Hospital Saint Marys Campus's Reviews
My family member has repeatedly been denied to be seen at Mayo. I’m sure they don’t deny some fat cat King or Prince from Saudi Arabia. They have received Federal and State funding, they should not be denying care for a citizen of Minnesota. This should be unacceptable.
Because of on Facebook told me to stay away from this place because of one of nurses names Heidi Marie Pahl had became RN. I was very confused about that because on Facebook is very illegal to tell me to stay away from hospital and clinic because of her. I have great doctors and some of nurses there, but I suddenly found out that I can’t go to this place anymore because of what Facebook told me. I knew I urgently needed to see doctors for my issues in my brand new back pain that affects my right side, but on Facebook Mayo Clinic did tell me to stay away from this place. Please allow me to have appointments at this place or I will end up going to Twincities Hospital (Region Hospital/HeathParthner). Mayo Clinic has no rights to tell patients and me to stay away from this place if they need their medical attention. I felt like I am really sores, but I am afraid to go anywhere near Rochester. I have alertness issues and my back is getting hurt more. I knew there has friendly nurses and doctors who knew how to take care of me 28 years ago when I was a baby, but until now, I found out that there are changing because of Heidi Marie Pahl (I knew her as my friend in Hastings in 2009-2021), and then, her behaviors changed to worse that I got scare that she will keep threatening me if I would come to the hospital or clinic when I need to. My guide dog hated Heidi’s body languages because she could scent her body language because she became very aggressive easily when Heidi did threaten my Mom and me. I do not blame my dog because I tried to understand what my dog was trying to tell me. I knew Mayo Clinic is loyal and friendly, but I felt in my stomach that everything is changing because of Heidi Marie Pahl. I hope that Mayo Clinic will have consequences for forcing me to stay away from this place on Facebook. I am not trusting that nurse Heidi Marie Pahl! I am not saying I refused, just being forced to stay away from Mayo Clinic. And Mayo Clinic App doesn’t have blocking system that I needed to block Heidi Marie Pahl from harassing me. I knew my medical records are leaked because of her. Also, she hated my deaf friends and my family. She knows who my older brother, Spencer. I felt like she is not leaving my whole family and me alone for many years. And my special needed equipments broke by her because she got angry and very jealous of me. That’s very unfair of Mayo Clinic on Facebook to tell me to stay away from this place because of Heidi Marie Pahl. I knew she is not a good nurse because I had bad experiences with her at my house for a few years from late 2019 to summer 2021 that my guide dog really hated her because she knew that Heidi bullied me many times. I know she wants to kill me because she hates my family and me.
Since Rochester would rather something happens to me, Rochester had better hope I get home safely. The only thing this place has done is severely deepen my depression and has caused to me to give up hope of ever getting my life together or getting actual help. Liberals tolerate intolerance all day, but they don't tolerate the traumatized to stand up for themselves. Got called a slur. I got reprimanded, and the dude got treated like a king. Surprise, surprise. I am officially throwing my life away today. Who cares how it ends? The psychiatrist was super dismissive and more interested in pushing the wrong meds. If your angry and NOT white, you're just angry, not traumatized. Clearly, Minnesota has not learned it's lesson. BLM really should pay this town a visit.
Dr. Gertz from the multiple myeloma dept. is a good professional, intelligent, caring doctor.
They deny everyone who is not wealthy.
The er is the absolute worst in the history of ers
The emergency room can be very hot or cold when it comes to the wait. I had two ED visits in a week. On the first night, I waited 5 hours, and the second night, I got to walk right in. The staff were very kind, passionate, and helpful. It helps I am a nurse and work at a Mayo building and understand the process. They were able to do initial vitals, labs, and UA before even being bedded and made things smoother. The second visit had me going to an OR procedure and an overnight stay at the Francis building of SMH. My inpatient stay went well, and the nurses were amazing. My only compliant is that it took a very, very long time to dismiss me. I wanted out before noon, but we left at 230p. I had all my follow-up appointments done before I left, which was helpful. The Mayo Clinic Patient Portal App helped with all of that. I highly recommend downloading that application.
I suffer from a rare illness called a cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) leak. I've been to 4 other hospitals for treatment and after 4 years of unrelenting pain, I decided to seek help at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN. While I continue to undergo imaging, I find the Mayo Clinic to be one of the very best hospitals. Most medical facilities will provide you with one physician per specialty. However, Mayo will collaborate with an entire team of the same specialty, as well as other needed physicians to diagnose and treat. This, among their continual research and learning, is what sets them apart. I feel confident knowing I have so many experienced doctors working on my case. We may not have a "Dr. Gregory House" but this is the next best thing. Staff is excellent and the facility is spotless.
The best!
I had some blood clots and the Dr.s and nurses were very helpful and knowledgeable

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
