My all respects giving to mayo clinic . i went there cause i had an infection do to my condition. The mayo staff and doctors did an amazing job controlling it right away and they even helped my condition get way better than what it was. I wish there were more hospitals like this and staff closer to other people that dont have to travel that far.. Thank you to everyone at the mayo clinic good bless.

The elderly have no chance at surviving. I brought my Mom to what I believed to be the best place in the world quickly realized it was the worst place and my mom was in hell. These drs dismiss the family and everything we said was ignored. My mother suffered hospital caused delirium due to inept people who refused to see the signs and act swiftly. When her infection returned we had to plead with them to check as she was getting worse with each hour.This facility needs to be educated in caring for the elderly and better understanding of delirium and how to prevent it and in treating it as a critical emergency my mom deserved better they broke my mom and said there was nothing they could do..the damage was done

When filing a complaint against ED due to neglect of protocol. Dept of patient advocacy and ED falsified documentation of what happened that day of concern. Called dept of patient advocacy to tell her to correct the documents because that is NOT what happened and was told “welp there’s nothing more I can do the ED dept was notified and that’s the report they turned in” as a healthcare worker myself I feel their system as a “prestigious” hospital has failed me.

Denied my appointment request. After a suspected covid infection I am basically disabled at age 23. Mayo said they would not see me since I didn’t have a PCR test I had a rapid test. Regardless of my covid test result I am still very sick a year post infection and they have refused to see me. Super messed up especially since I wasn’t able to get a PCR test in my area at the time of my covid infection.

Waited over 4hrs in the waiting room of the emergency dept and has yet to be taken back on 102621 3pm this is unacceptable care

I recently spent 10 days at the 2nd Street Campus and St Marys Campus with my boyfriend. From the information desk to the surgery procedures I have never seen a hospital operate so effectively and organized. The staff all acted liked they loved being at work. The Drs went out of their way to make you feel like you were their only priority.I would highly recommend this facility It was well worth the long trip from NC to get great health care.

Not very helpful and they don’t listen to you really. The staff is very nice but the doctors are really hard to talk to. They take months to respond and don’t even help out. You might as well go somewhere and save your life on the wait period and their rejection. Never dealt with a surgeon so don’t know how they’re but the other doctors aren’t really helpful and want to get rid of you really.
