My husband saw Dr. Kantarci for an overall consult from a referral that was sent to Mayo Clinic. We both found him very pleasant and liked his “get to the point” personality yet made us feel comfortable and had a sense of caring about him. He assured us he after various tests and procedures are completed he will have a more detailed diagnosis and game plan to try and approve my husband’s current symptoms with this rare disorder. We would highly recommend him!

Very thorough, listening to the history of my illness, explaining in layman terms. He took time, He provided several ways for me to continue my rehabilitation. I feel like he is fighting for me to continue to improve. I appreciate his straightforward talk.

Absolutely the best. I cannot say enough good things about this Doctor. After two years of being treated by various doctors in my home state, with no success, I travelled to The Mayo Clinic where Dr Kantarci was able to diagnosis and treatment me. Thank you Dr. Kantarci.

I wish I could give 0 stars. He misdiagnosed me and other people I’ve spoken to with nonsensical explanations. Extremely unprofessional. Doesn’t give the time one would expect from a physician. Very rude and condescending in almost every way and doesn’t really give any true answers to questions. I am very disappointed in every aspect of his care. I spoke to some staff and medical students who rotated with him and they all DESPISE him due to the same reasons. I guarantee if you ask anyone who works with him (which I recommend you do) they’ll say he’s a complete jerk. I would advise to see ANY another neurologist at Mayo Clinic since he truly is a bad physician.

I travelled my a different state to the Mayo Clinic where Dr. Kantarci was able to diagnosis and provide treatment for my neurological disease that eluded many doctors in my home state. A tremendous doctor and a wonderful person.

Spent 110 (yes 110!) minutes with me explaining disease and treatment options, plus examination. I feel guilty for taking up so much of his time but appreciate his attention to detail. Also very compassionate.

He is exceptionally smart. However is bed side manner is lacking and his staff's follow up is horrible. You feel hung out to dry.

Rude and arrogant; husband was not in the room at the beginning of the exam. When my husband came into the room he decided to be nicer. Ran my insurance bill up on tests then decided not to treat because it involved a car accident and didn't want to be bothered. Sadly could not advise anyone to seek medical attention from him or Mayo Clinic. The two hospitals associated with Mayo Clinic were very kind and professional..
