Dr. Frantz is one of the best! If you have cardiovascular issues do yourself a favor and contact his office. His staff is friendly and helpful plus you will be introduced to THE premere medical institution in the world: The Mayo Clinic is at the top of their game because of medical researchers like Dr. Frantz.

He has poor manners and tries to make a joke out of everything. He also ignores many things that you tell him. If he can't see it in your ears, nose or throat, and/or your blood tests come back normal, then that's it. Nothing wrong with you. I have to wonder if he graduated at the bottom of his class.

I have been a patient for 2 years-as well as my husband and 3 children. Dr. Frantz is EXCELLENT. He's attentive, punctual, and kind. I NEVER plan on leaving this practice. I have NEVER waited over 5-10 mins for my appointment. I can typically see him the same or next day for urgent appointments. The staff is super friendly and patient. I LOVE this practice.

I am not sure what happened with the previous patient. I have been a patient of Dr. Frantz for over 15 years. In this time I have always received excellent care. He is very attentive and professional. The staff too has been great. I appreciate his medical knowledge. Years ago I had gestational diabetes that my ob/gyn had said I didn't ! In all this time I can only say I have always been pleased.

Dr. Frantz refused to listen to me, as only what he said mattered. He presumed to know my body better than I do, despite the fact that he couldn't answer ANY of my questions. He refused to even look up or read about any of my concerns. His response was always "Why would I want to know about that?" Seriously? Who wants to see a doctor who refuses to learn? He violated my HIPPA policy by SHOUTING about me and my medical information in the outer area where he could be heard by ALL staff and waiting patients. I didn't once raise my voice, but Dr. Robert Frantz lost his temper because he didn't like what I was saying. He seems to be very intimidated by patients who know quite a bit about their own health. I SERIOUSLY DOUBT he would have said the things he said to me or behaved in this childish manner if I were a male. So, if you are a smart female, avoid Dr. Frantz at all costs. I've posted a number of my interactions with him on my Facebook page, and from the comments, I really find it sad that so many intelligent women encounter troubled doctors like Dr. Robert Frantz.

Dr. Frantz is a wonderful Doctor and I'm glad I found him. My daughter had been suffering stomach pain for a few years and his diagnosis was spot on and she is fine now. He takes the time to really listen, and is very kind and compassionate. I highly recommend him.
