Terrible experience ! I would give him ZERO stars! 14 months after he did knee replacement my knee is MUCH worse! Staff very poor also. Pathetic!

Showed no empathy whatsoever such a mean person that if he don't know what it is then it's not his problem and I quote What Do You Want Me To Do I'm Just A Hip Doctor and we say Idk just trying to find help for a diagnosis. And again I quote I Don't See Anything So I Can't Fix Normal. Okay but why say it so mean like what did I do but try and find help . Worst Doctor every seen in my life .

Had knee replacement more than year ago. Still not right. Has cost much money trying to straighten knee/leg. Very dissappointed. Assistant not very polite

Dr. Robert Trousdale and his orthopedic team are excellent surgeons for hip and knee replacement at Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota. He recently operated on my hip and, so far, the outcome is amazing! I highly recommend this orthopedic surgeon!

The absolute "Best Knee Surgeon" in existence. A failed knee replacement recovery prior to Dr. Trousdale, which led my wife to be almost bed ridden for four years. A previous consensus of Amputation was the only answer until a visit to Dr. Trousdale. He performed the impossible, but 100% successful surgery & my wife walks with both legs today. He is a truly the best surgeon & never make a final decision on surgery until you visit him.

Outstanding results, professional, good communicator. Very little pain post surgery. TKR...Tylenol, no need for opioids. Staff follow up and 3 month check up showed normal progress. I have high confidence in he and his teams skill set.

Received a total hip at 20 years old. After quick recovery pain free. Wonderful personality and great care for patients.

At age 14 my daughter (a dancer and budding hockey player) was diagnosed with hip dysphasia which required a periacetabular osteotomy for both hips. We were referred to Dr. Trousdale who was one of the few orthopedic surgeons in the USA to have experience with this procedure. His care and concern were exceptional. Recovery was long since you can only do one hip at a time, but my daughter was able to get back to her life - dancing with her high school varsity team and playing recreational hockey and lacrosse. She was even able to “jump around” at UW Badger games with no problems. We are forever grateful??
