My dad had to have throat surgery and we were referred to Mayo clinic. We were very skeptical going in but Dr Bayan was so wonderful. She gave us options (including seeing another team of doctors for a different procedure) and explained it all so clearly that by the time we were done meeting with her, we werent worried at all. My dad had surgery the next day and it went great. After the surgery, he had some issues caused by his blood thinners and COPD. Dr Bayna continued to call and text us daily as a follow up. We have our family dr we were seeing, but she kept following up as well. She really cares. I can not say enough great things about her. I would recommend her to everybody!

I went in for a consultation on a Monday, not knowing what was going to happen and surgery scheduled for Tuesday Morning. Dr Bayan said I could not wait any longer and surgery needed to happen. She was absolutely amazing. I cannot thank her and her Team enough. They saved me! I feel like a different person! I can breath again!! MD

Excellent bedside manner. Listens well to your concerns and explains treatment thoroughly. Caring yet manages her time well. I would highly recommend this doctor to those in search of an ENT and especially those with complex surgical histories.

Dr. Bayan expertly removed nodules from my vocal cord which enabled me to carry on with my career.

Dr. Bayan was my third consultation regarding my paralyzed vocal chord. She has a great personality, gave me a very thorough examination and spent lots of time explaining her findings. It was fantastic that she was able to provide me with a video of my vocal chords in action to visually explain to me her findings. She suggested we start with speech therapy as my chords met nicely and she knew how I wanted to avoid surgery if possible. She feels strongly that I can regain my normal voice with speech therapy alone. She only wants to try other options if this doesn't work. The next option would be a temporary shot and if we have success with that we can proceed with a permanent option. I am crossing my fingers that the speech therapy works and option b and c aren't necessary. No other doctor would even consider giving me any other option than surgery. Five stars for Dr. Bayan!
