I thought Dr Cliby was a helpful and attentive physician who listened well regarding my problem. I liked him. However, he handed me off to Carrie Langstraat without having a conversation with me that he was going to do this and she is rude and condescending at best. I won't be returning and my family has been going to the Mayo Clinic for well over 50 years. It's sad how it has changed.

The cost of a one hour consultation with this guy is over $800 with no procedures. Also, when we asked him what is the recommended diet for a cancer patient, I would expect Mayo Clinic to have some sort of an instruction sheet based on research on a cancer type to recommend certain foods but I got nothing but drink some protein shakes.

Unfortunately had to return for additional care, but was made so much easier knowing that I am receiving the best care. It makes all the difference. Love Mayo Clinic and their wonderful physicians and team.

Dr. William A. Cliby, MD helped so much in saving my Mom who had stage 4 Squamous cell cancer. He was able to remove all her cancer and she has gone on to live a full life, still doing pretty good for a 93 year old and still living in her home. She has help from her family of course but it was Dr. Cliby from the Mayo Clinic in Rochester who helped save her! Thank you Dr. Cliby, we wish you the very best.

This is one cool dude. Not only did he participate in my care when I was a patient at Mayo Clinic, he also remembered me when we bumped into each other at a coffee shop several years later! A great doctor and a class act.
