The worst doctor ever. Don't be fooled by the reviews, it's all been written by his staff and relatives. Charged me 13000 dollars for breast lift , implants and arm lift. Woke up to know he didn't do the lift, he inserted the tear shaped implants instead of round. The arms and breasts are sagging. I have tried talking to him to either fix or return my money, he refused to and now after almost 2 years of not going anywhere with that doctor, I have to Warn people from going to him. He will say so much before the surgery, he even signed on the contract at the hospital that he will be doing this this and that, but he simply didn't. BE AWARE DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY AND RUIN YOUR BODY, TRUST ME , YOU WILL WASTE YOUR MONEY AND HAVE HORRIBLE RESULTS, YOU WILL EMOTIONALLY SUFFER AND HE SIMPLY DOES NOT CARE AFTER TAKING YOUR MONEY. HE BLOCKED ME ON HIS SOCIAL MEDIA PAGES SO I DONT WARN PEOPLE, BE AWARE, HE IS THE WORST DOCTOR TO TRUST WITH YOUR BODY.

DO NOT USE HIM FOR RECONSTRUCTION AFTER A MASTECTOMY!! I started with him. I had severe cellulitis in which he ignored me about my concerns. He refused to look at the infection saying" I don't know why that red spot is there". I ended up in 2 ers. One in which he had privileges at and gave them his diagnosis over the phone without even anyone even looking at me. Even the nurse was in shock. Another thing: I was brought in for a second unneeded surgery for my expander because it wasn't expanding come to find out the nurse was injecting 50-100 cc of saline solution randomly into my breast cavity. I told him I felt the water splashing up by my collar bone. It feels like that he said. Needless to say please do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. You already have to fight through cancer you shouldn't have to fight through an incompetent plastic surgeon. This is my experience which almost killed me. BEWARE.

For me making the decision to have surgery was a long and arduous task. After years of fear from surgery I finally made the decision last October to get a tummy tuck. I'm glad I was able to finally find the right surgeon cause when its time to picking a plastic surgeon you need to feel, safe, secure and confident of the outcome. Thank you Dr Ali for making my life so much better. You made plastic surgery so easy and comfortable. I'm more confident in my own skin than ever before. Trust the best with your surgery, its worth it! Wafa

I had to cancel my appt with Dr Ali scheduled the following week due to my husband having COVID symptoms. I was told they would not reimburse me $100 they charged to my VISA , EVEN THOUGH I NEVER MET WITH THE DOCTOR. I will have to contact my credit card company. Please be aware of poor customer service.

From the moment I walked in, I felt completely comfortable. The staff is warm, welcoming and professional. Dr.Ali is amazing!! He took his time with my initial consult, I never felt pressured or uncomfortable. I wasn't given a price for my procedure, if I 'booked that day" like other places. From consultation, to surgery, recovery to post op appointments, I always felt confident in Dr.Ali and his staff. My mommy make over was a success. I had a breast augmentation, liposuction and tummy tuck. The recovery process went well, nothing I didn't except. If anything it went BETTER! I am so happy with my results, I finally feel good about my body again. Dr.Ali is the best I HIGH recommend him.

Amazing, words can not describe the gratitude I have for him and his staff! I had a breast augmentation back in 2014, by one of those big shots that put their names all over the radio... Worst mistake of my life! I was botched, implants bigger than I wanted were put in, the doctor pretty much shoved them into my chest. It was a horrible surgery and experience! A month goes by, and my implants raised even higher, where the top of my implants were at my collar bone, and they were completely different looking. This doctor blamed me for what happened, and told me I had capsular contraction. Now given that I spent 8k on the surgery, they wanted an additional 9k for the surgery to correct it, plus I paid 100 dollars every 2 weeks to get steroids and a laser treatment that was unnecessary. Knowing I couldn't afford the surgery, about one year later I visited another big named doctor that was advertised everywhere. Who belittled me for the chest that I had and how I would almost have to go down 200cc (I'm a 425cc) and I would have to have a surgery for capsular contraction as well. These Doctors are not plastic surgeons come to find out! One is an ear, throat, and nose doctor, and the other being a doctor of general medicine. Who just took classes online to be certified to do cosmetic surgery. I wish I would have known, so educate yourselves and do your homework before having any kind of surgery.From someone who has had an awful surgery/experience, I am telling you Doctor Ali is the best!I seen him in April of 2018 (4 years with awful implants), from the moment I walked into his office I was very comfortable and knew I found an amazing doctor. When I had my consolation with him, he knew right away it wasn't capsular contraction, but a botched surgery. The fact that he sympathized with what I have had been through, and didn't just try to make it just about the money was comforting. He told me it was going to be a challenge but he would make them look as good as he possibly could. I had my surgery this previous June, and he did everything and beyond that he told me! I was able to keep my original implants instead of buying new ones, and he made them look so natural and perfect in my eyes! The hospital he works out of was amazing, the staff who works alongside him, and his knowledge and bedside manner is what we all want when undergoing a surgery! I am beyond grateful with the outcome and experience!

Dr. Ali and staff are the best. I had a breast reduction in November 2017 and im am very happy and pleased with the results. Even my ob/gyn said it was an excellent surgery, she couldn't find any scars during my breast exam. From the 1st time, I walked in the door at Dr. Ali office it felt warm and welcoming and the receptionist was so sweet and polite. Dr Ali was gentle, welcoming and was honest about the process and the procedure. He answered all questions and concerns that I had. The other doctors I had a consultation with before Dr.Ali wasn't really welcoming and their offices was just cold and felt like they just wanted the money. Dr. Ali wasnt like that, I had concerns the day after Thanksgiving and few days in from surgery and we called the service center and Dr Ali called back and answered my question. He didnt have to do that and take time away from his family. I wish i could give him 10 stars because he is great. Monica E.
