Waited 50 min to get my 2 year old a COVID shot and then we just left. Zero communication.

I like this clinic because of they half a walking anytime and they help me right away

The doctor we seen needs to retire the bedside manner was dry and didn’t help with getting a counseling referral. The referral that was placed had the wrong insurance information. The front office was nice but wouldn’t recommend.

You can see by the most recent reviews that this place has gone down the drain. Patients are just a number now, the receptionists are rude and you have to sit on hold for a long time to make an appointment. It's all about the money, not about the patient here. Our most recent visit and the last time we will ever go there, the nurse messed up a blood draw for my son. She did not get enough for the labs that were requested. She said she "thought there would be enough". This place is horrible now.

We took our daughter to a different pediatric clinic for her first year of appointments and it was okay, but we didn't love it. Switched to Central Peds from a friend recommendation. That was two years ago, we also have an infant now, and we couldn't be happier. We've seen three different doctors and they've all been fantastic. Dr. Heggie is our regular and her along with her assistant Jewel could not be a better fit for us. Our daughter loves coming in. I feel heard, never rushed, my time is respected, and never judged. I feel they respect my children and treat them like people, not as if they're not in the room or don't deserve to know what they're doing or what we're discussing. Front desk staff is efficient and helpful. One of my favorite aspects that I am constantly impressed by is the nurses line. When you're panicking, stressed, and/or just cautious about something with your child they are always caring, thorough, knowledgeable, and clear in their recommendations. They don't just say "bring 'em in" to everything or "well, what do you want to do?" like I experienced with our previous clinic. Parking is easy, nice and clean space, never busy.

Extremely rude employees, made me and my child go wait out in the car do to not wearing a mask. They had others in their waiting with no masks on as well and feel as if it was a racial thing. Very rude and disrespectful. If we got sent to our car everyone should have to wait in their car. Very unprofessional and would not recommend coming here. Other kids were more sick then my kid and we got sent out. Bring your child(ren) else where!

Updated review: At my son's latest 1 year checkup, I requested my other son's immunization record so that I could compare and follow the same schedule. Nurse Melissa brought me a printed immunization record in which I reviewed with my child's pediatrician. After vaccinating according to the chart I was handed- I got home and realized that I was given another (unrelated) child's immunization record (that was supose to be my older son's). I've been very intentional in keeping the same vaccination schedule for my children and her error disrupted that. I truly couldn't be more disappointed and upset... This medical record mixup and for the fact that I made a regretted decision based off of someone else's chart is inexcusable. Because of this error, I am no longer bringing my children to this office. The accounting staff member is also very unpleasant to speak with. Dr. Sackett will be missed! Original review: I can only speak of my children's pediatrician: Dr. Sandra Sackett. My husband and I have been trusting her care and expertise for over 6 years with our children. I am so grateful to have her overseeing the health and wellness of our children. She is knowledgeable, non-judgemental, kind yet straight forward, and well respected in her field. The new location is spacious and very nicely designed with animal themed rooms. The canvases in each room are beautiful.

We’ve been taking our kids here their whole lives. Dr. Bryson has been a wonderful doctor to them and we’re very grateful for her. The new location is big, beautiful, and modern. This is a well established private practice and everyone we’ve worked with here has been kind, professional, and made us feel well taken care of. You can trust them to have your kids best interest in mind. Highly recommend.
