Dr. Kovacs is an amazing paediatrician. He is so calm, and knowledgeable. I love that he tells you how it is and doesn’t beat around the bush. 100% would recommend him !

Dr Kovacs is the paediatrician for all three of my children. He is deeply concerned about the whole child not just the physical! Not only is he very knowledgeable, but can explain medicine, diagnosis, and treatment in a way that is accessible for parents. He give a lot of information in a way that is encouraging and achievable, helping parents see the big picture. I feel extremely thankful for his help, he has called me past office hours, responded to emails late at night. When I have questions I feel heard and well equipped to help my kids. I feel thankful to have my children in such good hands.

Dr. Kovacs has been our pediatrician for over 11yrs. He has always gone over and above all expectations for my boys. I am so grateful for him. His knowledge for ALL things is immeasurable. He cares so deeply for all of his patients and their health :) Words cannot describe what it feels like to have him in our corner, navigating through some tricky diagnoses.

Change of rating. BIG misunderstanding on first appt should have been phone call but was not conveyed to us initially as we had cancelled appt availability. Dr emailed us back very apologetic and will have phone appt on weekend. Thank you

No idea as to his helpfulness or knowledge as he didn’t show up to our confirmed appointment! Office door locked. No notifications to say late or otherwise. Came in from Lower Mainland in rush hour traffic. Took day off work and daughter day off school for nothing. Not impressed!!

Dr. Kovacs is rude and arrogant. He put my son on a new protocol (abruptly stopping his prior one from a different doctor) that caused big health challenges and then cancelled the next 3 appointments and did not return my calls or emails. Unprofessional and put my family through a ton of anguish and fear.

Does not care at all, you basically need to ask for something. Hangs up the phone when you try to speak for another issue.

Dr Kovacs is the first doctor we have had for my daughter that actually is trying to diagnose the problems rather than just bandaid the problem. I can’t tell you enough how thankful we are for working with Dr Kovac. His staff are also amazing. If he is running late he always lets you know in advance,

The first time I had an appointment with him, my son and I had to wait at the lobby for 1 hour, at the second appointment he rescheduled 3 times and waited half a year for an appointment, and at the end we received a useless phone call about seeing our family doctor. He doesn't care about the patients and wastes our time,

Dr. Kovacs is a fantastic pediatrician. He has a calm, no nonsense manner with parents and yet engages with kids on their level. Great guy. Also! Tara (admin for the clinic) deserves a mention - she is very helpful and easy to work with.
