Mary Brown Md's Online Review Report Card

I visited Dr. Brown and she treated me so badly, I had to report her. She made very rude and snide remarks. She was down right mean. She didn't take my issue seriously at all. She treated me as though I was wasting her time. I was telling her about my condition and she would start making snide remarks. But she was actually taking digs at me. She rudely scoffed at me and it was so obvious and she didn't care that she was being rude. In the middle of me explaining my condition, she stopped listening to me, opened the door and told me to leave. She knows nothing about how to treat patients. Turns out, my condition was cancerous and another doctor helped me. I would not recommend this woman as a doctor. She is horrible. I have never been treated so badly. Go somewhere else.

Dr Mary brown is a saint she was there for my family when my mom got cancer she moved from Lodi ca and I miss her very much she connected with her patients I personally think she is very good at where is in her mind I wish she were still in Lodi Dan Houston Lodi ca

Rushed through the office visit even thought it was my first time n her office. Second visit to her office I was miss diagnosed with pink eye gave me antibiotics for a week and did not get better. By the Time I Received referral to eye Dr and he found sand in my eye where the eye tried to heal itself and grew skin over the sand which had to be removed.

Long wait time even with appointment took more than 45 mins to see Dr. When I asked over phone to talk to Dr. I was given PA's answering machine. After a two day wait, and another call the PA said she gave my message to the Dr and that they were only in office 3 days a week and that I didn't say it was an emergency, (it wasn't.) and that I shouldn't wait until my prescription was empty before requesting a refill. ( I didn't, and it wasn't). The doctor is nice, and has LOTS of patients. But if you want a waiting time of under 30 mins in the office, and a call back time from the Dr of 12 hrs or less this is not the doctor for you

Dr. Brown and the PA in the office are both rude, distracted, and unhelpful. Their staff is rude. They can not seem to figure out what is wrong with me and do not return phone calls or have follow up appointments without me pushing it.

Dr. Brown is indeed distracted, disinterested and in another world. I was under the impression that I wasted her five minutes she spent with me.

Dr. Brown, indeed rushed and not paying attention to what I was saying. Staff and office horrible.

The dr. seemed distracted, rushed and was doing too many things when she was seeing me. What sets the tone for this office is the god awful front office. They were rude and very disorganized. They don't even try to be nice.
