When my fiancee came for his appointment yesterday the imaging center didnt do their due diligence in having the proper conversation as to the imaging he needed and what the doctor ordered. So instead of having that conversation and checking it against the order they sent him away saying he needed to fast for 8 hrs before his imaging. So he left and then proceeded for get 4 phones calls over the next 6 hrs about how which imaging he needed was misinterpreted and kept rescheduling when he could come in. That leads us to this morning when they said if he showed up at 745am he could get in. We showed up at 745 and the person before us took so long to get checked in that they went to the next person and its been 45 mins of just waiting and we havent gotten in. Being from a background of xray ct and ir this all couldve been taken care of yesterday if they just had the proper usual conversation to see what the patient needs versus what the doctor ordered.

Thank you Dr Sheldon and Mike you both are the best You guys made me feel so comfortable during my CTBiopsy. I hope your mangers let you know I wrote this because you guys ROCK

I had a MRI with contrast with Danielle at CDI Roseville MN. I have horribly hard veins to have Ivs installed in. Even though it was hard to do they never gave up and the procedure was finished quickly. All of the employees were so nice and friendly.

Super nice employees...very professional Ive been there a few times and very happy with all.

I was referred to them by my doctor for shoulder MRI. I received a VM and a call from them later to schedule. I explained to them that I travel frequently and have a hectic schedule and will call them when I have time. When I called and on hold for a while the person that took the call initially was very thorough and asked all the right question . Then the call went downhill She said that they had two profiles and that I have cancelled one appointment which was false When I questioned that she went on for a long explanation of their internal process after I interrupted her and politely said that is not my concern and since I am very busy I just need to schedule the exam she kept going on and on about their process which is of no iterest to me. After multiple request by me to just schedule that test and end the call. I finally gave up and told her to forget it I will have the test done somewhere else

Unfriendly receptionist and she laughed when I dropped my paperwork due to a locked jaw and back spasm.

I love this place I am always treated very well here This one and maple grove are the best.

Have had great experiences here. Nancy ultrasound was very thorough and patient with my questions. She went above and beyond

What a nightmare this appt. was.  My grandson had an appt for 220 and at 255 I asked the receptionist how much longer.  She said they just ask you to come 20 minutes early to fill out paperwork.  Finally at 315 he was called in.  Then another nightmare began.  He said the technician was mean and not understanding that he has a bad back and needs help laying down.  He couldnt keep his foot straight for her to take the MRI.  She kept yelling at him and then she finally ducktaped his ankles together to keep his foot in the position she wanted.  He told her he had to use the bathroom and she said it would only be 15 more minutes and to wait and hold still.  Im sorry but he has a problem with his bladder and when he has to go he has to go.  Im not sure if they treat him different when they see he has Medicaid insurance or when they see that he is a bit slow.  We will never choose this location and if we have a choice we will not be choosing this company again.  Shame on everybody that works here.
