She truly cares about you as a whole person. After my procedure she asked how I did with it and offered some insights. Her team also worked hard to ensure my planned procedure occured as planned, due to another facility's mishap. Don't have to go again in the immediate future, but if I had to do it again, I would choose her team.

Dr. Torgerson is an outstanding oncologist. She looks at all of your health concerns in relation to cancer. She educates you about what symptoms you should contact her about to ensure that you will catch cancer in it's early stages

She's a great Oncologist. She listens well regarding my questions, concerns, and treatment plans. If I have any questions/ concerns I can call/email her and she'd respond in a timely manner ( sometimes it takes a day since she's busy, totally understandable ).

I have been a patient there for more than 10 years. My first appointments were on the 4th floor and moving to the ground floor was really an upgrade. The new lobby is dark and cramped plus, having to use the underground parking lot makes me feel like they don't want my business anymore. I've seen Sara Torgerson 3 times since Dr Perez left and she was initially very nice but it feels like she is just going through the motions comparatively. I'm planning to find another clinic for my ongoing oncological care. I deserve better.

Dr.T is a brilliant and caring person. There are not enough stars to rate her! If life throws you cancer, there is no one better to walk the journey with you.

I miss Dr Perez. He was my oncologist for 10 years and he respected my input. I met Dr Torgerson at the onset of the COVID Pandemic. She was covered head to toe with PPE but she was warm and kind. I've seen her twice since then and she is less engaging every time. The new lobby on the opposite side of the building is dark and feels claustrophobic. Signage in the lobby is nonexistent and I get confused every time I go there. Using the pitch dark, and confusing parking lot is miserable too. I've decided I deserve a better experience and plan to find a new oncology clinic.

Dr. Torgerson is an excellent doctor. She treats me as an individual, focusing on my specific cancer and situation. She provides guidance and education. She takes the needed time in appointments, I’d never in a rush. I would highly recommend her!
