Fast service good people
No one answers the phone. Have to call several times until someone finally does. Dr Mcgee was very nice, but a year post vasectomy, I still have pain in one of my balls. I've tried everything to alleviate this PVPS to no avail. Went in 6 months later to get this checked out by Mcgee and he told me to use ice and heat. Take some ibuprofen every day. I get a bill from centracare for over a $1,500 (more than the vasectomy costed). I got an ultrasound and Mcgee was supposed to call me with the results and to review them. He sent me a message in mychart. I was not all the way numb during the beginning of the procedure as I felt the first snip (I was ensured this was not the case, but soldering started right after). I wouldn't come back here if I had to.
Dr Ganik BUTCHERED my husbands vasectomy… our new urologist told us he had NO idea why she cut completely in the wrong area. He was shocked. My husband is a young man and very healthy and the doctor said he saw no reason why she did what she did. It’s almost like she intentionally wanted to make a reversal impossible… do not let her anywhere near your loved one.
Not everyone has great results. It depends how soon your medical issue is found. The staff here is Phenomenal. I highly recommend the whole staff. I have treated with 4 of their doctors and many of their nurses.
Waited an hour after my sons appointment time. Then when the PA came in to assess my son she didn’t use gloves!!! (Assessing personal areas) I found that extremely unsanitary and it made me wonder how many other patients she had done this to! Not impressed at all!
Went there last year and I wasn't impressed. They failed to find a source for my pain, billed me thousands of dollars, and refuse to accept payment from my HSA and insurance didn't cover it either. Now I'm regularly called and harassed.
I thought I like the doctor, but after this morning, I just dont know. A lab disaster. The nurses are SO rude. Just incredibly rude.
I see Dr. Windsperger and have had only positive interactions. Never have a problem setting up appointments for Aveed injections. The staff has always been polite and friendly. I was quite shocked to see reviews with less than 5 stars. -Steve Stupar
I went in for a vasectomy after requesting a quote and being told it would be $1,350. Bare in mind, I specifically asked if there would be ANY additional charges for the procedure or related visits and was assured there would be nothing else. I thought I'd learned that lesson after getting a surprise bill for my daughters tooth surgery and then getting a separate bill for anesthesia that was uncovered by insurance because it was billed through a separate department. Well, the people I talked to must have had their fingers crossed. I got a bill for $235 for the consultation, and have been informed that there will be a separate bill for the testing to verify that the procedure worked. If it weren't for CentraCare's general policy of bait-and-switch billing, they'd actually be pretty pleasant to deal with. The actual procedure went very well and I have absolutely no complaints about my doctor. But with all these surprise bills, it's become quite clear that traveling to a better clinic that's not run by CentraCare will be well worth the gas.
They haven't fixed the front desk like the "owner" promised. Although Dr MaGee is a wonderful doctor the scheduling people don't answer their phones or respond to voicemail requesting contact. I am going to look for other doctor after spending thousands (Medicare and Insurance) I see why so many people give them terrible reviews!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
