List of Allina Health Urgent Care- Savage's Reviews
Very attentive staff. They made me feel comfortable, even though I was feeling so horrible. The wait time was fast and I got roomed quickly. The nurse I had was AMAZING and offered for me to lay down, got me water bottles, warm blankets and dimmed the lights while I waited for the doctor! The doctor was kind and got me on my way with a good plan of action. I never once felt like they were trying to get me in and out as fast as possible. They cared about me and my illness and were on a mission to make me feel better
It’s understandable that they can’t keep the promised wait times. But when i found out the reason they can’t keep those times is that the other patients before me were waiting for their x-rays to be taken, I wondered three things - why is it taking that long, what are these patients doing while waiting, and what are the nurses and doctors doing while these patients are waiting. First of all, the lab is understaffed, no doubt about that. But the one person that’s working there was in her own world, doing everything at a glacial pace. She even sounded like she was on vacation, not even bothered by what’s happening. The patients that are waiting to be called for their x-rays taken were actually asked to wait in their consultation rooms. So all these rooms are occupied by people who are doing nothing. They could be asked to wait in the waiting room while moving the line of other patients (who may not need x-ray). And the wait for x-ray is about 1.5 hours per patient. So when the rooms are full with people waiting, the care workers and doctors are just sitting in their stations waiting for the queue to move. This is a colossal waste of everyone’s time. I went in at 3pm and my visit was done at 7:30pm. Times spent by various persons with me - Nurse: 10 minutes, Doctor: 10 minutes, Lab technician to draw blood: 5 minutes, And the x-ray technician: 40 minutes. That’s about 1 hour actual work, and remaining 3.5 hours is waiting. It’s not super surprising that I had to spend 4.5 hours at urgent care, given how bad it is these days, but when you find out the reasons (even from an outsider point of view) for this wait, it’s just sad. The staff is getting paid no matter what, and the hospitals are charging more money to make up for the less number of patients. They are not losing any money. It’s just the people who are actually able to get in are the ones suffering. This is a completely avoidable problem.
I love it
My granddaughter and I have been treated well each time we've been to this urgent care in Prior Lake if the other cities urgent care clinics can be considerate and motivated to help the patients it will really make the difference with the proper treatment and instruction the illness will be lessened.
I went in on Saturday 11/18/23. It was busy but the texts alerts were much appreciated. The entire staff from check in to the nurses the X-ray tech and Dr Roers were wonderful and compassionate. I highly recommend this urgent care.
Doctor and medical student were terrible. I will not be going back. Was denied a strep test for my infant because "babies don't get strep". Went back the next day and demanded a strep test. Rapid was negative, was told it never comes back positive with the overnight test... it was positive. Infant went 2 days without antibiotics. Had they done the test the first time, we would have a happy baby. HORRIBLE PLACE
besides having to wait after hours to get my xray read by radiology it was a good visit and the dr was very kind. They kept me informed that it would be a little wait.
Every person I dealt with from the phone call to get on the waiting list to Dr. Fegari was very knowledgeable, helpful and professional.
Best in the area. PA Royers is absolutely fantastic!
The quickest most informative care- they have wonderful doctors on staff!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
