List of Allina Health Urgent Care- Shoreview's Reviews
The area is clean and seats are spaced enough to keep distance from others as needed. The staff are friendly and listened to our concerns. They prioritize needs so be prepared for a possible wait, though not to bad. Be sure to check on their website or call ahead to get "in line" and verify your condition can be seen. I would recommend this place.
Great experience! No complaints!
The dr was great and caring!
East to get to. Very short wait time. Good care.
My baby had a great experience at this urgent care 😍
Very respectful staff, and lower wait times than other locations.
Not very compassionate If you want better all around care go to the Urgency Room in VadnisHeights or Bandana square both places go the extra mile and really care about the patients need at the time of I only gave them one star because it was required for the review request otherwise it would be no stars
Receptionist was effect and efficient with busy urgent care. However, the medical care was very poor and felt uncomfortable. I went in and left feeling the same with no answers what was going on with me. In addition, the PA was down putting my symptoms and saying my symptoms were that bad and shouldn’t worry about it, and misdiagnosed me. PA performed a worthless test that had nothing to do with my symptoms. Following day went to a different clinic that MD diagnosed me right away and had treatment plan, and was flabbergasted why that PA would say that diagnosis as there were no reason for so.
We showed up a half hour before closing because my son suddenly lost hearing. They wouldn't take him because they said they were at capacity. The waiting room was empty. I thought the whole idea with a walk in clinic is you could just walk in before closing. Not here.
I like the quality of care and professionalism of staff.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
