I have been going here since I was a little kid in the late 70s early 80s, and have always been welcomed with kindness and respect from all of the staff. Reception is always polite and accommodating, and scheduling is a breeze. The doctors and nurses have always been very attentive to my concerns and/or symptoms, and I never been dissatisfied with any of their diagnosis or recommendations. I couldn't be happier, really!

I met the most rude person I've ever met while living in MN at the reception desk today. Now I can understand why the overall rating is low. If I have 10 min to drive, I will go to another clinic.

Attempted to schedule a visit here - waited on hold for 15 minutes, then someone hung up. Waited on hold for 15 minutes (again, benefit of doubt) Finally someone answers, and I give my info like 4 times, and get an appointment for several weeks out (not ideal, may be facing staffing issues, alright) then get "transferred to billing so they can finish setting me up for my appointment" (what?) ...ANOTHER five minutes later, billing person answers "Hello?" and I'm like "It's me?" and they're like "Yes, what can we help you with?" (Has NO IDEA I just got transferred from their appointment setting person, none of my info, nothing) You know what? Forget it.

I go to the Shoreview Clinic, had previously gone to the White Bear clinic. I see Dr. Matthew Montera. The clinic staff have been friendly, polite and helpful. Yes, sometimes there are long wait times on the phone but I find it quicker than other places I call. Dr. Montera is amazing. He takes his time with you, waits for you to finish talking and encourages questions. Then, he patiently explains any diagnosis, medication procedure, etc. I've never felt in better hands and I highly recommend him and the clinic

I had an appointment three weeks ago. Never received my test results. I have been calling all week, everyday, staying on hold at least 45 minutes each time, they don't answer the phone. I know it's a busy time. All hands on deck have someone, anyone, help answer the phone. How would anyone make an appointment?
